Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject false-twisted textured yarn giving cloth material soft touch or excellent feeling having specific electric resistance without generating static electricity by using antistatic polyester polymer containing dispersed polyamide-based polymer containing metallic salt of organic sulfonic acid as core component. CONSTITUTION:Polyester polymer is used as sheath component 1 of sheath-core type conjugate fiber and antistatic polyester polymer in which 2-20wt.% polyamide-based polymer containing 2-15wt.% metallic salt of organic sulfonic acid is dispersed is used as core component 2 of the sheath-core type conjugate fiber, then containing ratio of each component is adjusted so as fraction of said polyamide-based polymer in the whole fiber to be 0.5-5.0wt.%, thus multifilament composed of said conjugate fibers is subjected to false-twisting process to afford the aimed falsetwisted textured yarn randomly containing >=5 piece/m deep-dyed part of OMEGA.cm electric specific resistance, 4-16% shrinkage in boiling water and 15-45% crimp elongation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fiber capable of forming a woven or knit fabric having an uneven feeling of spun yarn and a spunlike feeling by using a polyester polymer as a sheath component and a specific antistatic polyester polymer as a core component. CONSTITUTION:A multifilament of a double core-sheath conjugate fiber (the ratio of polyamide polymer in the core component is 0.5-5.0wt.%) is produced by using a common polyester polymer as a sheath component 1 and an antistatic polyester polymer produced by dispersing 2-20wt.% of a polyamide polymer containing 2-15wt.% of a metal salt of an organic sulfonic acid as the core component 2. Individual filament is applied with >=5/m of dense-dyeable parts having a length of =25%.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a specialty bulky polyester yarn having silky feeling and bulkiness, etc., and giving a cloth having tightness and body, by using polymers having different melting points and imparting the yarn groups of the different polymers with single filament denier difference and shrinkability difference by non-uniform heat-treatment. CONSTITUTION:The low-melting polymer used in the present yarn is a polyester copolymerized with >=5mol.% of a 3rd component and the high-melting polymer is composed mainly of polyethylene terephthalate. The melting point difference between both polymers is 10-50 deg.C. The low-melting polymer is extruded and spun through nozzles 7 at the center of a spinneret and the high-melting polymer is extruded and spun through the circumferential nozzles 8 of the spinneret and the filaments are blended. The drawn yarn is subjected to non-uniform heat-treatment on a heater heated at a temperature Talpha [lower than the melting point ( deg.C) of low-melting filament minus 20 deg.C and higher than the secondary transition point ( deg.C) of the low-melting filament plus 90 deg.C] and then to heat- treatment with another heat-treating member at a temperature Tbeta (lower than Talpha and higher than Talpha-30 deg.C) under a condition essentially free from elongation.
