    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester multifilament yarn which causes no filament breakage, no fuzzing and no breakage ratio even at a high-speed weaving of ≥800 m/minute, especially 1,200 m/minute, has so-called excellent high-speed weaving followingness and no defects such as skitteriness in terms of qualities of knitted fabric and woven fabric, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The polyester multifilament yarn is an interlaced polyester multifilament yarn. The interlaced polyester multifilament yarn has 0.15-0.25 μd yarn/yarn coefficient of friction, 0.5-1.0 μd yarn/metal coefficient of friction, ≥1,000 times of abrasion resistance times in dry time, ≥100 times of abrasion resistance times in wet time, ≤6 cN yarn/yarn stick slip tension in dry time, ≤4 cN yarn/yarn stick slip tension in wet time, 28-55% elongation at break, ≤5% open fiber length ratio of COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a melt-spinning spinneret capable of spinning a plural kinds of yarns of wide yarn variety with a single spinneret at the same time by opening nozzle holes on a circular spinneret in the form of blocks having specific arrangement and spacings between holes for each yarn. CONSTITUTION:Nozzle holes 2 are opened on a circular spinneret 1 having a diameter (a) of 70-140mm in the form of blocks for respective yarns. The gap (b) between the blocks is 8-35mm and the number of blocks is 2-4. The nozzle holes of each block are arranged in alternate zigzag form on the cross points of plural parallel linear line groups having a spacing (c) of 5-10mm and >=4 parallel linear line groups having a spacing (d) of 3-10mm. The number of nozzle holes on each block is 12-100. The chimney cooling air is blown in the direction of the arrow 3 to minimize the generation of turbulent air flow and enable stable melt-spinning of a yarn having a filament fineness of 0.5-20d.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester multi-filament yarn which does not cause single filament breakage, fuzzing, and yarn breakage, namely has good high speed knitting or weaving followingness, even in a high speed weaving process at >=700 rpm, especially 1,000 rpm level, and gives a woven or knitted fabric quality free from a defect such as skitteriness, and to provide a method for producing the polyester multi-filament yarn.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent decrease of mold release effect after spinning for a long time by applying dimethylsilicone oil to spinneret face and then further applying an alkylphenylsilicone oil thereto. CONSTITUTION:After dimethylsilicone oil is applied to the spinneret face, an alkylphenylsilicone oil having more excellent heat resistance than dimethylsilicone oil is further applied thereto and the spinneret face is covered with a silicone coating film having double structure. The cleaning of the spinneret face is also readily carried out.
