Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a natural rubber-containing thermoplastic resin composition which uses a natural rubber latex and has physical properties achieving excellent balance among impact resistance, fluidity and color tone, without requiring a complicated deproteinization process for natural rubbers. A solution of the problem is a natural rubber-containing thermoplastic resin composition which contains a graft copolymer (A) that is obtained by graft polymerizing a vinyl monomer mixture (a), which contains at least an aromatic vinyl monomer, to a rubber polymer (R) that is formed of 10-70% by mass of a natural rubber having a weight average particle diameter within the range of 0.3-1.2 [mu]m and 30-90% by mass of a synthetic rubber having a weight average particle diameter within the range of 0.2-0.4 [mu]m. This natural rubber-containing thermoplastic resin composition is characterized in that: the natural rubber particles contain natural rubber particles having particle diameters of 1.0 [mu]m or more in an amount of 5% by mass or more; and the inner graft rate of the rubber polymer (R) particles having particle diameters of 1.0 [mu]m or more is 20% or more.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rapid lowering of capacity, the rising of tan δ, or the like under revere environment such as high temperature, high humidity, etc., by providing a coating layer having a specific thickness on the surface of a polyester film, and specifying the variation rate of glossiness at the time of setting a metal layer on the coating layer. SOLUTION: A coating layer with a thickness of 0.01-1 μm is formed on at least one surface of a polyester film, the glossiness is made G0 as a metal layer is set on the coating layer, and a value of the variable rate (G0 -G)/G0 ×100(%) is made 20% or lower when the glossiness is made G after being immersed in methylethyl ketone for 10 mins. When the value comes beyond 20%, tan δ or the like gets worse. The coating layer made by applying and drying water soluble and/or water dispersive cross-linked polyester resin, and/or water soluble and/or water dispersive cross-linked polyester urethane resin is preferable at giving an anti-moisture heat life and chemical resistant property.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film having excellent antistatic properties, transparency, heat sealability, and adapted to various packaging applications. SOLUTION: The laminated film obtained by laminating a surface layer polypropylene resin layer (B layer) having mesopentad fraction of 70 to 90%, a melting point (Tm) of 155 deg.C or higher and crystallization temperature (Tmc) of 100 deg.C or more on at least one surface of a base layer polypropylene resin layer (A layer) having mesopeptad fraction of 92% or more is manufactured. In this case, a surface resistivity of the B layer is 10 Ω/m less, and its total haze is 2.0% or less.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance long-term dielectric breakdown characteristics at high temp. and workability by specifying the isotacticity and isotactic pendant ratio of a biaxially oriented polypropylene film and the sum of the moduluses in the longitudinal and laterial directions of the film. SOLUTION: The isotacticity of a biaxially oriented polypropylene film is 98.5-99.5% and the isotactic pendant ratio mmmm displaying the stereoregularity of the film evaluated on the basis of a pendant ratio by the absorption peak of a methyl group measured by C-NMR exceeds 99%. Further, the sum of the moduluses of elasticity in the longitudinal and lateral directions of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is 7-10GPa. When the sum of the moduluses of elasticity is below 7GPa, heat resistance and high dielectric breakdown characteristics are not obtained and the tension control in a membrane film vapor deposition process becomes difficult. When the sum of the moduluses of elasticity exceeds 10GPa, film forming stability at a time of the production of the film is not obtained and yield lowers.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the perforation diameter in compliance with the variation of energy level and improve the tone properties by using a biaxially oriented polyester film formed on a polyester film having the specified melting point and thickness and the specified integral value of thermal shrinkage found by a specified formula. SOLUTION: In a heat-sensitive stencil printed base paper polyester film perforated by the flash emission, a biaxially oriented polyester film having the melting point set at 220 deg.C or above and the thickness set as 0.2-4μm and also having the integral value of thermal shrinkage stress found by a formula and satisfying 1000>=(Mmd+Mtd)/2>=100 is used. In the formula, M represents the integral value of thermal shrinkage stress, s(t) represents the thermal shrinkage stress Mpa at the temperature(t), To represents the temperature of starting the thermal shrinkage stress, Tm represents the temperature of thermal shrinkage stress from the starting temperature to the zero(0)MPa again, Mmd represents the integral value of thermal shrinkage stress in the longitudinal direction of a film and Mtd represents the integral value of thermal shrinkage stress in the width direction of the film.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a polyester film with good life characteristics of moisture resistance, and also a sliding property and winding up property to be used for condensers. CONSTITUTION: The polyester film includes a skin film with a density of 0.005 or more carboxylic acid formed on at least one surface thereof. A difference in the contact angle of from the reference value of the skin film to water is set above 0 deg. and below 15 deg. or lower. Setting the difference in the contact angle of water into a specific range with respect to a density of the specific surface carboxylic acid and reference value allows the polyester film to be used for condensers to have a good moisture-heat resistive life property, sliding property, element winding up property, and anti-blocking property.
