    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color mixed tone fabric provided with random color unevenness in very small areas in a dyeing process simply in a short time, by dyeing a disperse dye-dyeable fiber structure in a specific dyeing solution. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution containing at least one selected from a hydrophilic organic solvent and a nonionic surfactant and a water-soluble inorganic salt is mixed with a dyeing solution in dyeing. A disperse dye-dyeable fiber structure is dyed to give a dyed fabric having a high-quality feeling and a natural feeling and an improved three-dimensional feeling and useful especially in the field of fashion.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To accomplish the title washing in high efficiency with contamination during the washing process prevented, by using a cleaning solution being always in contact with a cation-introduced cellulose carrying a specified amount of cationic group in washing a product dyed with anionic and/or disperse dye(s). CONSTITUTION:A cation-introduced cellulose fiber incorporated with 100-3,000(pref. 1,000-2,000)meq./kg fiber of cationic group using a unsaturated double bond-contg. quaternary ammonium salt (e.g., dimethyl aminomethacrylate methyl chloride salt) is inserted into e.g., a cleaning solution-circulating line to carry out wash ing a product dyes with anionic and/or disperse dye(s) (e.g., printed product) while being in contact with the cleaning solution. The above-mentioned process will allow said product to be washed with a cleaning solution with its cleanness retained all the time, preventing whiteness from contamination, thus enabling highly efficient washing to be made with only a small amount of water.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To accomplish the title finish in high efficiency with minimum lot in a short time with no crease developed, by fixing one end of a small-sized cloth afforded with dye on a frame followed by color development, soaping and drying in a continuous manner. CONSTITUTION:One end of a textile product 3 i.e. a small-sized cloth afforded with dye is fixed on a frame 1 using holding clips 2 with spring followed by color-developing treatment in a color-developing equipment, and, e.g., spraying, in a soaping equipment, with a cleaning solution followed by continuous drying in a drying zone, thus accomplishing the objective finish in a short time with no crease developed. This process enables ready, continuous treatment of a minimum lot of said products using a miniaturized equipment.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a quality flocked article of an extra fine nubuck tone or of the long length of pile and free from the falling and damage of pile without deteriorating process passing properties, by flocking composite fibers comprising two or more components and splitting at least the tips of the composite fibers by the collision with fine fiarticles of a specified average particle size. SOLUTION: Composite fibers comprising at least two components are flocked on the surface of a base material, and fine particles of 30-400 μm average particle size are made to collide with the surface of the base material to split at least the tip of the composite fibers. Ceramic particles, metal powder, plastic particles, etc., can be used as the fine particles. Among them, alumina particles are preferable in terms of durability, etc. The fine particles are preferably ejected with an air flow of 5-100 pKa pressure, and the distance between the ejection port of the particles and a flocked surface is adjusted at 5-100 cm. As the components of the composite fibers, a substance in the shape of a radial wedge in which a polyamide and a homo-polyester or a copolymerized polyester are arranged alternately.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a highly aesthetic fabric through such processes that a fabric with a ridged unevennesses is moved along a bar with a specific curved surface provided on the nozzle side of an ink jet and bent so as to open the ridges followed by making an ink jet to effect printing even onto the unevenness and their sides. CONSTITUTION:In making an ink jet printing on a knitted fabric with ridged unevennesses on its surface, the fabric is made compliant with a bar having curved surface 2-15mm in convex radius of curvature and provided on the nozzle side of an ink jet at the site where ink is to be dripped and then printed in such a state that the ridges of the fabric are parallel with the longer direction of the bar to form a continuous color pattern throughout the ridged unevennesses and their sides thus obtaining the objective highly aesthetic fabric excellent in clear, fine color pattern.
