SOLUTION: The dichroic fine particle forming apparatus 500 has a spinner 570, dichroic material supply pipes 510 and 540 for supplying first and second dichroic fine particle materials to the spinner 570 from first and second directions, dichroic fine particle material transport parts 520 and 550 and a rotor 580 for rotating the spinner 570 and further includes dichroic fine particle material storage parts 530 and 560 prescribed by the spinner 570 and a top part/bottom part main body and first and second slits 535 and 565. The inner surface of each of the dichroic fine particle material storage parts 530 and 560 has a parabola shape.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display supplied with a power source by ambient energy. SOLUTION: This display 400 comprises a control part C supplying a display driving signal using only ambient energy AE. The reason why the control part C is able to impress a driving signal on the display 400 by using only the ambient energy is that optically anisotropic particles 424 require only little energy for the rotation. Any external power source such as battery is not connected from supplying the electric power for impressing an electric field required for driving the display 400.
