Abstract:
Small high efficiency motors in order to produce large amounts of power must be operated such that they are running at high speed outside the desired vibration range for sexual stimulation. Accordingly, designs allowing for the appropriate gearing to allow heavy weights to be spun with small diameter and high efficiency whilst not increasing the outer diameter of an adult device are disclosed. Beneficially embodiments of the invention provide users with adult devices providing high impact (amplitude) vibration in a range of physical geometries compatible with providing internal and / or external stimulation which can also be offered at low cost and / or low manufacturing cost with extended operating life. Additionally, design flexibility via axial designs, non-axial designs, flexible drive designs, aperiodic drive designs, and linearly driven designs provide design solutions for implementing vibrators with low cost, high impact, targeted frequency characteristics, increased efficiency, and increased power.

An exoskeleton (300) includes first and second support structures (315, 320) configured to be coupled to a wearer (305) of the exoskeleton (300). A joint (335) connects the first and second support structures (315, 320), the joint (335) enabling relative movement between the first and second structures (315, 320). First and second cord loops (405, 406) connect the first and second support structures (315, 320). At least one motor (350, 351, 1 100) twists and therebyshortens the first and second cord loops (405, 406), wherein shortening of the first cord loop (405) causes relative movement of the first and second support structures (315, 320) about the joint (335) in a first direction, and shortening of the second cord loop (406) causes relative movement of the first and second support structures (315, 320) about the joint (335) in a second, opposite direction. A brake mechanism prevents relative movement of the first and second support structures (315, 320) about the joint (335) in at least one of the first and second directions if one of the first and second cord loops (405, 406) breaks.

The present invention provides a walking assist device including a seat member (1) where a user (P) sits astride; and a support member (2L, 2R) which is provided at a bottom side of the seat member (1) ; wherein the walking assist device includes a connection portion (106) which connects the seat member (1) to the support member (2L, 2R) in such a way that the seat member (1) is able to swing laterally around a spindle (106a) located at a middle portion of the anteroposterior width of the seat member (1) which the user (P) contacts. Therefore, the resistance force from the seat portion that the user (P) is subject to when the user (P) swings the hip to walk is reduced, thereby improving the usability of the walking assist device.

A self-contained, battery-operated device for stimulating the male penile organ, or the female vaginal canal through simulating the axial motion of sexual intercourse, comprising a motor means for rotating a crank arm coupled to a push arm, which effectively translates rotational motor motion into reciprocating linear motion along the device's longitudinal axis. A sleeve for receiving the male penis and or a dildo for entering the female vaginal canal is attached to the reciprocating linear end of the push arm and guided by the interior of the device. A valve means is provided for relieving positive pressure in one direction of linear motion and holding negative pressure in the opposite direction to further enhance male stimulation, and a filter means facilitates the collection of semen and simplifies cleaning. Furthermore, the device can be secured with a harness to the user's body for hands free use.
