Abstract:
본 발명은 하이브리드 로켓의 추진제로 사용되는 고체 연료의 국부 후퇴율을 측정하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 다양한 고체 연료의 형상에 의한 제약 없이 국부후퇴율을 측정할 수 있는 하이브리드 로켓 연료의 국부 후퇴율 측정방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 로켓 연료의 국부 후퇴율 측정방법은 그레인 포트가 형성된 하이브리드 로켓의 연료를 침수조에 축 방향으로 침수시키며 침수조를 넘치는 액체의 무게증가분을 미리 설정된 단위측정시간마다 계측하고, 무게증가분에 근거하여 연료의 국부후퇴율을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 후퇴율, 하이브리드 로켓

PURPOSE: An adaptation apparatus for reducing packet loss errors of a scalable video cording and a method thereof are provided to remove low dependent packet by analyzing the dependability between scalability layers. CONSTITUTION: A packet scheduler(205) is connected to a scheduling buffer in a node of an IP network which receives a packet from multiple paths. If it is considered the loss of input packets, the packet scheduler removes a low dependent packet in consideration of the dependability between scalability layers. The packet scheduler provides a packet multiplexer with the input packet from which the low dependent packet is removed. A packet loss detection unit(203) detects the packet loss pattern of each NAL by reading out the NALU(Network Abstraction Layer Unit) of the inputted scalable video.

PURPOSE: A solid fuel of a hybrid rocket including an inclined grain port is provided to solve unevenness of part fallback and improve average fallback by increment of heat transfer rate according to the high speed inflow of oxidizer. CONSTITUTION: A solid fuel of a hybrid rocket including an inclined grain port comprises a grain port(11). The sectional area of a grain port is changed along a longitudinal direction. The sectional area of the grain port is gradually increased from an inlet(10a) to an outlet(10b). The change of the sectional area of the grain port is formed into a fixed rate according to the unit length of a solid fuel(10).

PURPOSE: A welding wire is provided to increase welding speed by comprising a conductive layer for easy transmission of electricity to a core layer. CONSTITUTION: A welding wire comprises a core layer(10), an ionized electric potential layer(30), and a conductive layer. The core layer is molten into globules with the arc heat of welding. The ionized electric potential layer is formed out of elements having low ionization energy on the surface of the core layer. The conductive layer is formed between the core layer and the ionized electric potential layer or on the surface of the ionized electric potential layer in order to transmit the electricity flowing in a wire to the core layer.

PURPOSE: A method for emulating airborne data bus system over short-range broadcast and multicast networks and a system for carrying out the method are provided to improve the quality of work by supporting the rapid technical development on the conventional data bus system. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(110) implements the function as a separate apparatus. An analyzer(120) analyzes the frame by collecting frame on the data bus. A traffic generator(130) generates frame having load and error for the communication net. A remote setter(140) implements the remote controlling function for all the apparatuses on the bus.

PURPOSE: A short-range broadcasting communication system, a method for profile exchanging among short-range broadcasting communication nodes utilizing the communication system, and a short-range broadcasting communication node for carrying out the method are provided to build a shot-range broadcasting communication system with a situation recognition function. CONSTITUTION: A broadcast terminal device(110) stores and processes profile information. The broadcast terminal device processes a wireless and wired short-range communication. A profile preparation computer(120) writes the profile information about the broadcast terminal device. The profile preparation computer stores the profile information as described above within the corresponding broadcast terminal device. A web based internet server(130) supports the community generation and profile information preparation.

PURPOSE: A local regression rate measurement method of hybrid rocket fuel is provided to calculate local regression rate of hybrid rocket fuels which have various shapes by the weight of liquid overflowing a water tank. CONSTITUTION: A local regression rate measurement method of hybrid rocket fuel comprises following steps. The fuel for a hybrid rocket formed with a grain port is put into a water tank. The increased weight of the liquid overflowing the water tank is measured per at every unit measurement time(S1). Local regression rate is calculated based on the increased weight(S4).

A terminal obtains an initial alignment(315). The terminal determines primary band based on weight value information(317). PURPOSE: A waveguide adapter capable of generating a circularly polarized wave is provided to simplify the configuration of a circularly polarized communication system by integrating adapter functions for polarizing conversion function and converting a waveguide signal into an external line signal into one apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A depolarization line reflector(4) converts the orthogonal polarization wave into the horizontal polarized wave on the rear of a probe(3). The probe is used to transfer the line polarized signal induced into an external line(1) into a waveguide(2). A backshort(5) is used to send the signal transferred to the rear by the polarization conversion line reflector to the rear. The exterior line consists of one of coaxial line, micro strip line, CPW, and strip line.
