PURPOSE: An automatic sensing system for traffic accidents and a method thereof is provided to detect accidents in continuous traffic flow by using an image process technology. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring camera(20) takes a photograph of a monitoring region. An image obtaining unit(30) changes video data into a digital video data in real time. An image traffic information collection unit(40) calculates traffic flow and traffic information data. An image information analysis unit(50) automatically detects a traffic busy rate, traffic accidents, and unexpected conditions. A system controller(60) processes a data search demand or a camera remote control command. A data storage module(70) stores a digital image in real time.

PURPOSE: A thermo-conductive adhesive composition and an adhesive sheet using thereof are provided to secure the uniform adhesive property and the high thermal conductivity by using a particle type filler with a carbon fiber. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-conductive adhesive composition contains an acryl group adhesive resin(100), and a hybrid filler including a carbon fiber(130) and granular fillers(120,125) mixed with a ratio of 1:4~4:1. 20~95 parts of acryl group adhesive resin by volume is mixed with 100 parts of adhesive composition by volume. The acryl group adhesive resin is formed by mixing 0~40 parts of polar monomer by weight with 100 parts of (meth)acrylic acid ester-based monomer with 1~12 carbons by weight.

PURPOSE: A 2-axis control device for solar trace is provided to increase the adjustment range of a yawing angle and reduce the size of equipment, since a worm gear is used in an elevation angle adjusting unit. CONSTITUTION: A 2-axis control device for solar trace comprises a light-collecting plate(100), an elevation angle adjusting unit(200), and an azimuth angle adjusting unit(300). The light-collecting plate obtains energy from sunlight. The elevation angle adjusting unit is connected to the rear surface of the light-collecting plate to control the yawing angle of the light-collecting plate. The azimuth angle adjusting unit controls the swing angle of the elevation angle adjusting unit. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nano-composite material using a palladium nano particle including silsesquioxane and a self-assembly of a carbon nanotube comprises the following steps: forming octa(3-aminopropyl)octa sisesquioxane octahydro chloride powder; forming the palladium nanoparticle including the silsesquioxane; acid processing a multi-walled carbon nanotube; forming dispersed solution by dispersing the multi-walled carbon nanotube into deionized distilled water; vaporizing the multi-walled carbon nanotube on a substrate; and forming a nanocomposite(10) on the substrate.

PURPOSE: A heat pump is provided to increase condensing performance using the auxiliary coil of an outdoor unit as a condenser in a cooling operation. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump comprises a compressor(500), an outdoor primary coil(520), an outdoor auxiliary coil(530), an outdoor blower(540), an indoor coil(550), an indoor blower(560), a four way valve(510), a refrigerant transfer line, expansion valves(590,600), and an accumulator(630). The outdoor primary coil performs the role of a condenser in a cooling operation and the role of an evaporator in a heating operation. The outdoor auxiliary coil performs the role of the evaporator or the condenser. The outdoor blower supplies outdoor air to the outdoor primary coil and the outdoor auxiliary coil. The indoor coil performs the heat exchange of refrigerant and indoor air. The indoor blower supplies the indoor air to the indoor coil. The four way valve switches the refrigerant transfer line to a heating circuit or a cooling circuit. According to the operation mode, the expansion valve decreases the temperature and the pressure of refrigerant. The accumulator separates liquid refrigerant incoming into the compressor.

The rotation fan unit is rotated with artificial wind or natural wind. The first coil is made of non-magnetic material. The first coil has a plurality of coil wires. The coil wires of the first coil unit are extended to the center of the circular inner circumference. The second coil is made of non-magnetic material. The second coil includes a plurality of coil wires. The coil wires of the second coil unit are radially extended on the outer circumference. A polyol is prepared from an oil selected from the group consisting of an edible oil, a vegetable oil and the waste edible oil.
