A hinge for a door anchored to a wall, the hinge including a fixed element coupled to the wall and a movable element coupled to the door. The fixed and movable elements rotate between an open position and a closed position about a first longitudinal axis. One of the movable and fixed elements includes cam means rotating about the first longitudinal axis, the other of the movable and fixed elements including follower means mutually interacting with the cam means for sliding along a second longitudinal axis substantially perpendicular to the first axis. The follower means includes an elastic counteracting element. The cam means includes a first cam element interacting with the follower means for movement from end-stroke positions to an intermediate position and vice-versa. The cam means further includes a second cam element interacting with the follower means for movement from the intermediate position to the end-stroke positions and vice-versa.

An adjustable snap-acting hinge (1a, 1b), comprising a first articulated quadrilateral (2) and a second articulated quadrilateral (3), which can move on a working plane and share a first lever (4) and a second lever (5) and are provided respectively with a plate (6) for coupling to a first element (101) and with a plate (7) for fixing to a second element (102); further comprising elastic means (8) provided with two opposite ends that can move toward or away from each other and act between a point of the first lever (4) and a contrast element (9) associated with the coupling plate (6); the contrast element (9) can be arranged in at least one position for use, which lies between a first position in which the contrast element (9) is arranged at a maximum distance from the point of the first lever (4), and a second position in which the contrast element (9) is arranged at a minimum distance from the point of the first lever (4) in order to vary the preloading of the elastic means (8); the hinge (1a, 1b) also comprises locking means (10) for keeping the contrast element (9) in the position for use.

The invention relates to a device, which when installed on a piece of furniture moves a furniture part (2) movably guided on the piece of furniture from a closed position in an opening direction of the furniture part (2). The device comprises an energy accumulator and a movably supported opening element. After a release by moving the furniture part (2) in a closing direction and pressing against a release section, the opening element can be moved out of a secured readiness position under the influence of the energy accumulator, and in the process a contact section (10) of the opening element in contact with the furniture part (2) opens the furniture part. The device is designed in such a way that, when the furniture part (2) is opened, the contact between the contact section (10) of the opening element (8) and the furniture part (2) is removed before the furniture part (2) reaches a completely open position, and the opening element is in the readiness position for the next opening process of the furniture part (2). According to the invention, there is a movable support element (35) on the opening element. The support element can be moved from a home position by means of transfer elements (37) depending on the motion of the opening element (8) in such a way that, in the event of a closing motion of the movably guided furniture part (2) while the opening element is simultaneously pressed in, if the opening element has not been put into the readiness position, the support element (35) holds back the furniture part (2) to such an extent that the furniture part (2) does not reach the release section in a maximum possible closed position during this process.

[PROBLEMS] A device for guiding a plate-like object, capable of, after the object leaves a swing rail, stably holding the swing rail at a position at which the swing rail can receive the object. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] When a sliding door (3) as the plate-like object is moved in a front-rear direction, from a closed position to an opening preparation position, a swing rail (20) swings about a swing axis line (L1), from a horizontal lowered position to a vertical upright position. At this opening preparation position, a roller (40) of the sliding door (3) rides on a traveling raceway (25b) of the swing rail (20). When the sliding door (3) further moves from the opening preparation position to an open position, the roller (40) moves from the traveling raceway (25b) onto an adjacent auxiliary raceway (26) of the swing rail (20). The swing rail (20) is urged toward an upright position by elastic force of a torsion spring (18) and held in the upright position by engaging action of an arm (13). Then, the sliding door (3) can return to the original opening preparation position.
