PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for protecting a coating film having excellent adhesion between a coating layer and a composite film and also having weatherability. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for protecting the coating film comprises a base material layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, wherein the base material layer has a coating layer, which is made of a fluoroethylene-vinyl ether alternating copolymer having a specific structure, on one of surfaces of the composite film comprising an acrylic polymer and a urethane polymer. Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Behandlung einer Silikon-Releaseschicht, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst: - Bereitstellen eines Substrates mit einer Silikon-Releaseschicht; - Führen des Substrates mit der Silikon-Releaseschicht entlang eines Elektronenstrahlers, wobei die Silikon-Releaseschicht dem Elektronenstrahler zugewandt ist; und simultan damit - Behandlung der Silikon-Releaseschicht mit Elektronenbestrahlung. Beschrieben werden ferner Substrate mit einer Release-Schicht, die nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erhältlich sind; sowie Klebebänder, die derartige Substrate mit der Release-Schicht sowie wenigstens eine Klebmasse umfassen.

This invention relates to a novel silicone emulsion, a water-based anchorage additive thereof and a silicone release coating composition. This invention provides a novel silicone emulsion comprising: (A) silicone compound comprising an anchorage additive for enhancing the adhesion to a polymer film substrate, wherein the anchorage additive is the reaction product of a fluid polyorganosiloxane (A1 ) containing at least one alkenyl group and at least one silanol group with a hydrolysable silane (A2) containing at least one epoxide group; (B) at least one surfactant; and (C) water. This invention also provides a water-based anchorage additive thereof, and a silicone release coating composition comprising (X1 ) said novel silicone emulsion and (X2) at least one curable silicone composition, preferably a water-based silicone release coating composition. The curable silicone release coating composition may be applied to a sheet-form substrate and cured to form a release-coated layer having good release property and improved rub-off resistance on the substrate.
Abstract:
Described herein are release layers formed via solventless extrusion. The release layers include a polyolefin and an alkyl dimethicone. The release layers exhibit tailorable release properties from pressure-sensitive adhesives. The release layers are simple to make and require no post-treatment in order to impart the observed release properties. The release layers are adaptable to multilayer extrusion, blown film formation, and cast film formation techniques.
