Abstract: The present invention relates to a money service apparatus for an IMT-2000 network and a method of the same which implements the information concerning a location of an IMT-2000 ID card and a terminal and functions for indicating the amount of money at the current rate of the foreign currency to a subscriber's own country's currency, remitting payment, making money transfer, and delivering a written notice and public notice. The money service apparatus for an IMT-2000 network includes a money service apparatus wherein the identification numbers of a terminal connected with the IMT-2000 network and a card are recognized and are provided to the subscriber, wherein a money exchange information service is provided; wherein the current location of the subscriber is searched when the subscriber requests the information on the amount of money that is converted to the local country's currency where he is located, applying the money exchange rate to his own country's currency, and then the information is provided to the termina; wherein in the case that the subscriber sets an called subscriber and requests a cash transfer to the called subscriber side, the money exchange information is searched through the money exchange information service, and the cash is provided to the called subscriber, and wherein in the case that the subscriber sets a bank account and requests a cash transfer to the bank, the money exchange rate information is searched through the money exchange information service, and the money transfer is performed to the bank.

Abstract: Disclosed is a fabrication of a bipolar transistor using an enhanced trench isolation so as to improve integration and performance thereof, comprising the steps of sequentially etching back portions corresponding to a trench using a trench forming mask to a predetermined depth of the buried collector to form the trench; filling an isolation insulating layer into the trench; polishing the isolation insulating layer up to a surface of the silicon oxide layer; sequentially forming a second insulating layer on the isolating insulating layer and the silicon oxide layer; removing the first polysilicon layer and the first insulating layer formed on an inactive region other than an active region defined by the trench; thermal-oxidizing the collector layer formed on the inactive region to form a thermal oxide layer; removing the second insulating layer and sequentially forming a third polysilicon, a third insulating layer and a second nitride layer; etching back layers formed on a portion of the first insulating layer to form an opening in the active region; forming a first side wall on both edges of the opening and removing the first insulating layer; forming an intrinsic base at a region where the first insulating layer is removed to electrically connect the intrinsic base with an extrinsic base in self-alignment; forming a second side wall on both sides of the first side wall; and forming an emitter layer on the intrinsic base.

Abstract: A method of processing an intelligent network service call in a service switching point (SSP) which has a DTMF processor and is connected to the originating local exchange/transit exchange to provide an intelligent network service. The SSP receives a digit from the other exchange in a R2MFC signalling mode to process a trunk signal from the other exchange upon generation of a trunk line seizure request from the other exchange. The SSP analyzes the received digit to check whether a call from the other exchange is a normal call or an intelligent network service call in which subscriber's information must be received in the middle of the service. If the call from the other exchange is the intelligent network service call, the SSP collects a calling number and a calling category from the other exchange, releases the R2MFC signalling mode and forms a speech path with the other exchange to communicate directly with a service user. Then, the SSP operates the DTMF processor and an announcement sending device to instruct the service user to transmit desired information and collects the desired information from the service user. Then, the SSP releases the announcement sending device and the DTMF processor and processes an out-going trunk call for routing to the terminating local exchange/transit exchange to which a called subscriber belongs.
