Le dispositif de remplissage selon l'invention comporte un organe d'alimentation (1) relié à au moins un bec de remplissage (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un organe de commande d'écoulement (3) relié à une sortie d'une unité de traitement pondéral (4) afin de commander l'ouverture ou la fermeture de l'organe de commande d'écoulement en fonction d'un poids mesuré par l'organe de pesage, ce dispositif comportant en outre un organe de mesure de temps (11) associé à l'unité de traitement pondéral (4) pour effectuer au moyen de celle-ci un calcul de débit de produit à travers l'organe de commande d'écoulement, une comparaison entre le débit calculé et une valeur de référence de débit, et ajuster le débit de produit en fonction du résultat de la comparaison.

The invention concerns a screwing spindle comprising a driving sleeve (7) with which is associated a gripper clamp (1) including a cylindrical support member (2) equipped with mobile jaws (3) the cylindrical support member being provided on the outside with at least a pin (6) projecting in radial extension, the sleeve comprising at least a slot (10) having a first section (10.1) emerging on a free edge (11) of the sleeve and a second section having a terminal part forming with the sleeve (7) an angle adapted to retain the pin (6) in the terminal part of the slot when it is engaged therein and the sleeve (7) being equipped with a ring (13) comprising at least a catch (14) projecting in radial extension inwards of the ring and is received in the slot, the ring being mounted on the sleeve to slide between a locking position wherein the catch extends into the first section of the slot opposite the second section, and an unlocking position wherein the catch is retracted into a third section (10.3) of the slot (10).

The invention concerns a method for filling a container with the net weight of a product using a filling element arranged to introduce the product in the container when the latter is borne by a force sensor. The invention is characterised in that it comprises at least a cycle including steps which consist in: providing a container on a force sensor; commanding a flow of product by the filling member, repeatedly timing the flow of product starting from the time the flow is commanded; measuring at least at distinct first and second reading times a value of a signal delivered by the force sensor; calculating an average flow rate of the product in a time interval separating the reading times; performing at least a calculated evaluation of a filling time based on the calculated average flow rate and a reference weight; commanding the product flow to be stopped when the flowing time of the product is equal to the evaluation of the filling time.

The invention concerns a method for controlling a screwing spindle comprising a motor supplied with fluid and having a motor element (18) coupled with the spindle shaft (5) to drive it in rotation, the method comprising the step of supplying the screwing spindle in nominal pressure conditions and flow rate generating the required tightening torque, and a prior step during which the screwing spindle is supplied in conditions less than the nominal conditions in sufficient proportion for the screwing spindle to rotate at a speed generating kinetic energy producing a tightening torque less than the required tightening torque.
