Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of clearly printing even on a colored cloth of T-shirt, etc., in a printing process in which a pattern, letters, etc., are copied on a heat transfer printing sheet and these are transferred to a T-shirt, etc. SOLUTION: The sheet A 2 consisting of a base material 4, a mold release layer 5 and a PVA layer 6, and the sheet B 3 consisting of a base material 7, a mold release layer 8, an adhesion layer 9 and a color layer 10 are prepared. A pattern or letters are formed on either sheet by copying them. The both sheets are layered one over the other and pressed at a specified temperature, and then the sheets are separated from each other. For instance, the color layer 10 and the adhesion layer 9 are separated from the sheet B 3 and transferred to a toner layer 11 of the sheet A 2, and the sheet A 2 is applied on a T-shirt 1. The base material 4 and the mold release layer 5 are peeled off, and further the PVA layer 6 is peeled after pressing the sheet A 2 at a specified temperature.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to transfer a print with clear image and fastness for washing without impairing drape by forming an electronic image on a sheet material formed with a sticky layer and a release layer having the same properties as those of adhesive on a base material. SOLUTION: Woodfree paper is used as a base material, and a silk screen printer is used. Silicone solution is mixed with ethylene vinyl acetate as the mixture (b), which is screen coated by silk printing of predetermined mesh. A release agent coating sheet obtained in this manner is coated with the mixture (c) of cover coating resin of organic solvent dissolved material of acrylic acid ester copolymer with ethylene vinyl acetate with silica. The sheet material (a) formed in this manner is used to print a cotton T-shirt (e). That is, the coating surface of the material (a) is used as a copy surface, and copied by a mirror image by a full-color electronic copying machine, a thermal transfer sheet supporting toner (d) image is formed, and printed by this.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a shopping cart which is light weight and foldable in a small size. CONSTITUTION: A supporting rod 2 is expandable by an outer cylinder 3, an inner cylinder 4 and a handle rod 5 which are provided separately. A hook 13 for hanging a bag for goods is provided at an upper portion of the supporting rod 2. Leg rods 18 and supporting arms 19 are pivotally mounted on pins 17, respectively. Each leg rod 18 is connected to a guide ring 20 through a respective connecting rod 21. A slide member 24 pivotally supported on the connecting rod 21 engages with the supporting arm 19 in a slidable connection. The guide ring 20 is fixed on a position (as shown) of the supporting rod 2 by a stopper 25 for developing the supporting arms 19. When the guide ring 20 is released, the leg rods 18 are moved along an arrow A, the guide ring 20 is moved along an arrow B and wheel axles are turned along the opposite direction, the rods/ arms 18, 19, 21 are folded and contact with the side surface of the outer cylinder 4. Rings 41 are provided for engaging the bag with cords.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To print any material such as textile, wood, stone, etc., or three- dimensional curved surface, as far as the material has water absorptivity, with a toner image formed on a transfer sheet with an electronic copy machine. CONSTITUTION:A toner D is fixed in a specified pattern on the surface of a soluble resin film C of the base paper by an electrophotographic copying machine, the film C is faced to the material E for transfer and placed on the transfer position, and the resin film C is peeled from the base paper. The material E for transfer is preliminarily coated with a fixing and permeating liquid containing an org. solvent as the pretreatment. By pressing the resin film C with fingers while heating a little, the fixing and permeating liquid, toner D, and the resin film C react to dissolve, and the reaction product dyes and permeates into the material E. Thus, the pattern of the toner D with the resin film C is transferred to the transfer position of the material E. Since the supporting film for the soluble toner mixed with UV absorbent can be peeled from the base paper, this method can be adopted to steric curved surfaces. By using a fixing and permeating solvent, print of a toner image like dyed pattern can be obtd.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary buried hollow pipe pile to eliminate a need for a large scale mechanical equipment for a burying work and prevent the generation of hammering noise and vibration. SOLUTION: The lower end of a hollow pipe 1 made of a metal is closed. A plurality of screw blades 2, 2... are intermittently spirally wound around the outer peripheral surface of the hollow pipe at intervals of a proper distance throughout an approximate whole surface in the direction of the length thereof. A gap 5 is formed between a starting end part 3 and a terminal end part 4 of the screw blade 2 and the end parts are vertically overlapped with each other and overhang in the direction width. In a so formed rotary buried hollow pipe pile, through screw rotation of the hollow pipe 1 through various rotation means and through operation of the screw blades 2 intermittently spirally wound around the outer peripheral surface thereof intermittently at intervals of a proper distance, the hollow pipe is buried in a ground for construction.
