Abstract: A concrete composition for pavement repairing is provided to show excellent resistance to sulfate while reducing hydration heat and permeability and to suppress an alkali aggregate reaction. A concrete composition for pavement repairing comprises: 17-19wt% of binder containing 85-90wt% of ultra-rapid hardening cement and 10-15wt% of ultra-fine fly ash; and 5-15wt% of calcium hydroxide on a basis of the ultra-fine fly ash. A ratio of water to cement is 44-48% by weight. The content of fine aggregate is 32-37wt%. The content of coarse aggregate is 36-41wt%. The maximum size of the coarse aggregate is 19mm. The concrete composition for pavement repairing additionally contains 0.3-0.5wt% of multifunctional air-entaining agent and 0.2-0.5wt% of retarding agent on a basis of the binder.

Abstract: A concrete composition for concrete pavement overlays is provided to secure the strength of concrete within a short time and good application for old or new concrete. A concrete composition for concrete pavement overlays is composed of 380 ~ 460 kg/m^3 of three kinds of cement, 3 ~ 7 wt% of black ferric oxide(Fe3O4)-based pigment and 0.1 ~ 2 wt% of AE water reducing agent on a basis of the cement. A ratio of water-cement is 30 ~ 40wt%. A ratio of fine aggregate is 34 ~ 42 wt%. The maximum size of coarse aggregate is 25 mm. 93 ~ 98 % of the coarse aggregate passes through a 19mm sieve.

Abstract: The present invention reduces the mixing amount of expensive latex and obtains improved physical properties by disclosing a concrete composition for bridge pavement which includes 3-10 wt% of rapidly cured cement, 7-10 wt% of blast furnace slag, 3-6 wt% of fly ash, 2-4 wt% of latex relative to 100 wt% of the whole composition including water, fine arregates, and coarse aggregates.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a structure for paving prestressed concrete for road repair are provided to restrain cracking or deformation by prestressing placed concrete, thereby preventing damage to pavement and installations. CONSTITUTION: A method for paving prestressed concrete for road repair is as follows. A specified range of the road is cut to the fixed depth(S1).
