    Abstract: PURPOSE: A VES-LMC(Very Early Strength-Latex Modified Concrete) composition is provided to minimize influence according to an outdoor air temperature change, to prevent icing, and to improve a compressive strength by using hauyne-based ultra rapid hardening cement including carbon black and ferric oxide. CONSTITUTION: A VES-LMC(Very Early Strength-Latex Modified Concrete) composition comprises hauyne-based ultra rapid hardening cement, polymer solid, coares aggregate, fine aggregate, and water. The hauyne-based ultra rapid hardening cement includes carbon black or ferric oxide in a form of a powder or a granule. The VES-LMC composition comprises 14.5 to 17.5 wt% of the hauyne-based ultra rapid hardening cement, 1 to 4 wt% of the polymer solid, 25 to 45 wt% of the coares aggregate, 30 to 50 wt% of the fine aggregate, and 5 to 7 wt% of water. The hauyne-based ultra rapid hardening cement includes 25 to 45 wt% of hauyne-based clinker, 35 to 55 wt% of Portland cement, 1 to 15 wt% of gypsum, 1 to 15 wt% of limestone, 0.01 to 1 wt% of tartaric acid retarder, 1 to 5 wt% of carbon black, and 0.1 to 2 wt% of ferric oxide. A mixing ratio(w/w) of the carbon black and the ferric oxide is 7:3 to 9:1.

    Abstract: 본 발명은, 무기계 결합재 100중량부; 폴리머 고형분 5 ~ 20중량부; 착색 안료 1 ~ 15 중량부; 골재;를 포함하는 도로포장용 컬러 콘크리트 조성물을 제시함으로써, 콘크리트 자체가 선명한 색상을 갖도록 하므로 도로표면이 손상되더라도 그 색상을 계속 유지할 수 있도록 하고, 기타 미끄럼 저항성, 표면강도, 내구성, 방수성 등이 우수한 도로포장을 제공할 수 있도록 한다.

    Abstract: A concrete composition for concrete pavement overlays is provided to secure the strength of concrete within a short time and good application for old or new concrete. A concrete composition for concrete pavement overlays is composed of 380 ~ 460 kg/m^3 of three kinds of cement, 3 ~ 7 wt% of black ferric oxide(Fe3O4)-based pigment and 0.1 ~ 2 wt% of AE water reducing agent on a basis of the cement. A ratio of water-cement is 30 ~ 40wt%. A ratio of fine aggregate is 34 ~ 42 wt%. The maximum size of coarse aggregate is 25 mm. 93 ~ 98 % of the coarse aggregate passes through a 19mm sieve.
