Abstract: PURPOSE: A median strip cover and a repair method for a median strip using the same are provided to reduce the cost and time required for repairing the deteriorated part, and to have excellent durability, economical efficiency and fine appearance. CONSTITUTION: A median strip cover(100) is formed to cover the outside of a median strip of a road and made with an anti-corrosive material. The median strip cover includes an upper projection housing(110) formed to house an upper projection of the median strip, and a lower foundation housing(120) formed to house a lower foundation of the median strip and provided with an open portion(121) on the lower part.

Abstract: A color concrete composition for pavement and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to vary the color of roads according to the function of road so as to achieve traveling safety and easy discrimination of roads. A color concrete composition for pavement contains inorganic binder 100 weight%, polymer solid 5~20 weight%, color pigment 1~15 weight%, aggregate, retarder 0.1~1 weight%, and antifoaming agent 0.5~2 weight%. The inorganic binder is portland cement, early-strength cement, or ultra rapid hardening cement. The modifier by the polymer solid is distribution type, consisting of more than one of SB(styrene-butadiene) latex, PAE emulsion, EVA emulsion, epoxy resin, acrylic resin, and polyester. The color pigment contains emulsion.

Abstract: 본 발명은, 무기계 결합재 100중량부; 폴리머 고형분 5 ~ 20중량부; 착색 안료 1 ~ 15 중량부; 골재;를 포함하는 도로포장용 컬러 콘크리트 조성물을 제시함으로써, 콘크리트 자체가 선명한 색상을 갖도록 하므로 도로표면이 손상되더라도 그 색상을 계속 유지할 수 있도록 하고, 기타 미끄럼 저항성, 표면강도, 내구성, 방수성 등이 우수한 도로포장을 제공할 수 있도록 한다.
또한, 도로의 기능에 따라 색상을 달리하여 도로 이용자의 주행 안전성 및 쾌적성, 식별용이성을 제공하여 도로의 편익을 증대, 도로의 가치를 향상(VE)시키고, 반복적인 차선도색 및 포장보수를 최소화하므로서 유지보수 비용을 절감할 수 있도록 한다.
나아가, 도료를 혼합함에 불구하고 콘크리트의 내구성 저하를 방지할 수 있도록 하므로, 강도, 내구성이 우수하면서도 색상발현이 우수한 콘크리트를 제공할 수 있도록 한다.
