Abstract: 본 발명은 철근 유도고정 장비를 이용한 연속철근 콘크리트 포장 공법에 대한 것이다. 자세하게는, 가이드 튜브와 철근 홀딩장치가 구비된 철근 유도고정 장비를 주행, 이동시키면서 철근을 종방향으로 정위치에 배근하는 배근단계, 상기 배근단계에서 배근된 철근의 상부에 콘크리트를 타설하는 콘크리트 타설단계, 및 상기 콘크리트 타설단계에서 타설된 콘크리트의 표면을 페이버로 평탄하게 하는 마무리단계로 이루어진 연속철근 콘크리트 포장 공법에 대한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면 철근 배근시 횡방향 보조 철근 및 지지대 없이도 종방향 철근의 정위치 확보가 가능하여 철근량 및 노동력을 최소화하고 시공 속도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 콘크리트 타설시 콘크리트를 도로의 측면 또는 전면에서 원활하게 공급할 수 있어 작업공간에 구애받지 않고, 철근을 겹이음할 필요가 없어 겹이음에 필요한 철근량 및 노동량을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 종방향 철근 연결부위의 파손 발생을 최소화할 수 있다.

나아가, 도료를 혼합함에 불구하고 콘크리트의 내구성 저하를 방지할 수 있도록 하므로, 강도, 내구성이 우수하면서도 색상발현이 우수한 콘크리트를 제공할 수 있도록 한다.

Abstract: A color concrete composition for pavement and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to vary the color of roads according to the function of road so as to achieve traveling safety and easy discrimination of roads. A color concrete composition for pavement contains inorganic binder 100 weight%, polymer solid 5~20 weight%, color pigment 1~15 weight%, aggregate, retarder 0.1~1 weight%, and antifoaming agent 0.5~2 weight%. The inorganic binder is portland cement, early-strength cement, or ultra rapid hardening cement. The modifier by the polymer solid is distribution type, consisting of more than one of SB(styrene-butadiene) latex, PAE emulsion, EVA emulsion, epoxy resin, acrylic resin, and polyester.
