본명세서는비대칭탄소원자에아민기가결합된화합물의입체이성질체혼합물을카이랄보조체및 염-형성보조화합물과혼합시키는단계를포함하는입체이성질체혼합물의카이랄분할방법에관한것이다. 이때, 카이랄보조체는-디아실타르타르산유도체산, 보다구체적으로 2,3-디벤조일-타르타르산또는-디--톨루오일타르타르산이고, 염-형성보조화합물은만델산또는캄포르술폰산이며, 이러한방법에의하면높은수준의광학순도를가지는광학이성질체를얻는것이가능하다. 따라서, 본발명의일 측면에따른방법은약학또는화장품분야에서높은광학순도를갖는광학이성질체를제조하고자하는경우에유용하게사용될수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for screening a material which recovers skin barrier function of atopic skin through controlling expression of fatty acid elongase and carbon chain is provided to detecting ceramide fatty acid and to accurately screen skin improving substances. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a material for treating atopic dermatitis comprises: a step of identifying expression level of elongase in keratinocytes treated with candidate materials; and a step of determining a material which enhances the expression level of the elongase as a material which improves atopic dermatitis. PURPOSE: A composition containisng Piper longum L. extract, isoflavone, and L-carnitine is provided to reduce body fat and body weight and to enhance energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating obesity contains 0.0001-10 wt% of Piper longum L. extract, 0.0001-10 wt% of isoflavone, and 0.001-40 wt% of L-carnitine as an active ingredient. The composition is used for suppressing neutral fat. A composition for treating or preventing hyperlipidemia contains the Piper longum L. extract, isoflavone, and L-carnitine as an active ingredient.
