본 발명은 신규한 유사 세라마이드 화합물, 이의 이성질체, 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 이의 프로드럭, 이의 수화물 또는 이의 용매화물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 안정성 및 용해도가 우수하고 피부 보습에 효과가 뛰어나 피부 보호 효과를 가지므로, 부작용 없이 외부자극으로부터 피부를 보호하고, 손상된 피부회복 및 예방용 유효물질로 사용 가능하다. 따라서, 피부 보습용 피부 외용제 조성물, 화장료 조성물 또는 약학 조성물로 사용될 수 있다.

The present invention provides a novel pseudo-ceramide compound represented by Chemical Formula 1, an isomer, a pharmaceutically allowable salt, a pro-drug, a hydroxide, or a solvated compound thereof. [Chemical Formula 1] (In Chemical Formula 1, R1 and R2 are independently non-substituted or hydroxyl group-substituted C 9 to 23 saturated or unsaturated aliphatic chains.) According to the present invention, the compound has excellent stability and dissolubility and is effective in moisturizing the skin so as to protect the skin from external stimuli without side effects and be used as an active ingredient for recovering damaged skin and preventing skin damage. Accordingly, the compound can be used as an external skin application composition for moisturizing the skin, as a cosmetic composition, or as a pharmaceutical composition.

PURPOSE: A method for screening a material which recovers skin barrier function of atopic skin through controlling expression of fatty acid elongase and carbon chain is provided to detecting ceramide fatty acid and to accurately screen skin improving substances. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a material for treating atopic dermatitis comprises: a step of identifying expression level of elongase in keratinocytes treated with candidate materials; and a step of determining a material which enhances the expression level of the elongase as a material which improves atopic dermatitis. The present invention provides a novel pseudo-ceramide compound represented by Chemical Formula 1, an isomer thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a pro-drug thereof, a hydrate thereof, and a solvate thereof. [Chemical Formula 1] (In Chemical Formula 1, R is a C9 to 17 saturated or unsaturated aliphatic chain, and R′ is an amino group or an alkoxy group having a C10 to 18 saturated aliphatic chain.) According to the present invention, the novel pseudo-ceramide compound has a skin protecting effect by having excellent stability, dissolubility, and skin moisturization, so that the novel pseudo-ceramide compound can be used as an active ingredient for protecting the skin from external stimuli without side effects, preventing the skin from damage, and recovering damaged skin. Accordingly, the novel pseudo-ceramide compound can be used as a skin-moisturizing composition for external application on skin, a cosmetic composition, or a pharmaceutical composition.
