PURPOSE: A skin external composition for preventing or treating inflammatory dermatitis containing natural products is provided to ensure anti-inflammation and skin moisturization. CONSTITUTION: A skin external composition for preventing or treating inflammatory dermatitis contains 0.001-20 weight% of green tea, 0.05-3 weight% of sophora root, 0.05-3 weight% of Portulaca oleracea L., and 0.5-30 weight% of Polygonatum officinale as active ingredient. The skin external composition additionally contains 1-50 weight% of starch, 1-10 weight% of cacao bean, 1-10 weight% of Cnidii Rhizoma or 0.5-5 weight% of Angelicae gigantis Radix. The composition is cosmetic composition or pharmaceutical composition.

PURPOSE: A multilayer lamella granule and a skin external composition containing the same are provided to stably maintain lamella structure which is similar to the skin keratin layer and ensure moisturization effect and barrier healing effect. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer lamella granule contains nucleant, lipid lamella layer containing ceramide on the nucleant, and polymer layer on the lipid lamella layer. The nucleant is sugar, salt, hyaluronic acid, alginic acid, chondroitin sulfate, chitosan, chitin, polylysine, collagen, gelatin, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol or their mixture. The ceramide is a natural ceramide 1-8 or similar ceramide of chemical formulas 1-6. A similar keratin lipid lamella layer is contained in 0.000001-99 weight% based on total weight. The similar keratin lipid lamella layer additionally contains fatty acid, cholesterol or its derivative or their mixture. The fatty acid is saturated or unsaturated fatty acid of 8-30 carbon atoms.

A composition comprising an extract of Magnolia Obovata bark is provided to inhibit melanogenesis by inhibiting the activity of c-kit protein expressed in melanocyte effectively, thereby showing excellent whitening effect. A composition for inhibiting c-kit protein activity comprises 0.0001-10 wt.% of an extract of Magnolia Obovata bark as an effective ingredient, wherein the extract controls function of melanocyte by inhibiting signalling of cells in a melanocyte participated by a C-kit protein.

A lipid-based nano-carrier is provided to increase the whitening effect of an extract of Mori Cotex Radicis by encapsulating an extract of Mori Cortex Radicis in the lipid-based nano-carrier in which cholesteryl hemisuccinate is introduced, thereby effectively inhibiting the melanogenesis without side effects. The lipid-based nano-carrier is characterized in that it is in the form of a liposome dispersion or a nano-emulsion in which cholesteryl hemisuccinate encapsulating an extract of Mori Cortex Radicis or a salt thereof is introduced. Regarding the total weight of the total liposome dispersion or the nano-emulsion, the content of the lipid is 0.001-20 wt.% and the content of the extract is 0.001-30 wt.%. The skin whitening composition comprises the nano-carrier.
