Abstract: A bio marker for diagnosing hyperpigmentation disposition of skin is provided to rapidly and sensitively predict the possibility of pigmentation. A bio marker for diagnosing skin of hyperpigmentation disposition comprises a gene of which expression is increased or decreased by UV irradiation. A kit for diagnosing hyperpigmentation disposition comprises a polynucleotide of the bio marker gene or its fragment and solid support in which one or more polynucleotide is conjugated on the surface. A method for screening an inhibitor of hyperpigmentation disposition comprises: a step of treating test material in the bio marker gene; and a step of confirming whether the test material suppresses or inhibits the expression of the gene.

CONSTITUTION: A fresh water generating unit(500) vaporizes seawater to generate vapor, and the vapor is condensed into freshwater. A heating unit(200) supplies heat required for vaporizing the seawater to the fresh water generating unit. A solar heat unit(100) absorbs solar heat and supplies heat to the heating unit. Abstract: A method for screening a material with whitening activity is provided to use an NQ01(NADPH quinone reductase 1) involving with an in vivo pigmentation and having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 1, 2 or 3 or an isoform thereof as a target for screening the material with whitening activity. A method for screening a material with whitening activity comprises the steps of: (a) treating a protein having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of amino acid sequences of SEQ ID : NOs. 1 to 3 with a candidate material; and (b) selecting a material decreasing the activity of the protein by measuring activity change of the protein obtained form the step(a) through a benzo(a)pyrene quinones-reduction analysis or Western blotting.
