Abstract:
본 발명은 염증질환을 예방 및 치료할 수 있는 항염증 활성을 갖는 도토리 추출물 및 이 추출물을 함유하는 약리적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 대식세포에서 내독소인 LPS에 의해 증가된 iNOS, COX-2 그리고 nitric oxide의 생성량을 감소시키는 도토리 에탄올 추출물이 비염, 지관지염, 간염, 관절염, 천식, 아토피성 피부염 등 염증반응 관련 질병들에 대해 항염증 효과를 발휘하면서 이들 질병 예방과 치료에 도움을 줄 수 있다는 점을 확인하였다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for producing sialidase using Pseudomonas fluorescens JK-0412 is provided to ensure anti-viral, anticancer, and diabetic activities. CONSTITUTION: A sialidase contains N-terminal amino acid sequence of sequence number 4. The peptide specifically hydrolyzes alpha-2,8-linked polysialic acid. The peptide is derived from Pseudomonas fluoescens JK-0412(deposit number KCTC 11623BP). The peptide is prepared by culturing the Pseudomonas fluoescens JK-0412 under the presence of chitin as a carbon source. The peptide is contained in a supernatant of culture liquid of Pseudomonas fluoescens JK-0412. The Pseudomonas fluoescens JK-0412 is cultured at 25-50 °C and pH 4-10.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing chitosan saccharide is provided to remove polymer materials and to improve antibacterial effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing chitosan saccharide of middle molecular weight with antibacterial effects comprises: a step of mixing malt enzyme extract in to acidic solution containing chitosan with 70-99% of deacetylation to obtain chitosan solution; and a step of dialyzing the chitosan solution to remove insoluble materials. The chitosan of middle molecular weight has an antibacterial effect against gram-positive bacteria.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing extract having antiviral activity, which is obtained from Phellinus pini is provided to suppress enzyme activity relating to viral infection mechanism and to prevent viral diseases. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases by infection of coxsackievirus, influenza virus, or herpes simplex virus contains Phellinus pini-derived antiviral extract as an active ingredient. The extract is obtained from a fruit body of the Phellinus pini by adding polar solvent and centrifuging. The polar sovent is alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms. The extract is contained in a concentration of 0.001-5.0 mg/ml. The extract contains water soluble polysaccharide of beta-(1,3)(1,6)-glucan.
