Abstract:
본 발명은 낙엽진흙버섯( Phellinus pini )의 자실체로부터 얻어지는 항바이러스 활성을 갖는 추출물을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 약학 조성물을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따라 확인된 항바이러스 활성을 갖는 낙엽진흙버섯 유래의 추출물 및 이를 함유하는 약학 조성물은 예를 들어 인플루엔자 바이러스의 감염 기작에 관여하는 효소의 작용을 억제하거나 또는 콕사키바이러스와 같은 엔테로바이러스 또는 헤르페스 바이러스에 의한 세포 감염을 억제하여, 이들 바이러스에 의한 질병을 예방, 방지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 천연물로부터 추출하였으므로 인체에 대한 부작용 및 독성의 문제가 없이 안전한 의약품으로 응용될 수 있다. 낙엽진흙버섯(Phellinus pini), 항바이러스 활성(Anti-viral activity), 콕사키바이러스(Coxsackievirus), 헤르페스 심플렉스 바이러스(herpes simplex virus), 인플루엔자바이러스(influenza virus), 뉴라미니다제(neuramidase)

PURPOSE: A Pseudomonas fluorescens JK-0412 with a chitin decomposition ability and a method for producing N-acetylglucosamine(GlcNAc) using the same are provided to ensure cheap synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A Pseudomonas fluorescens JK-0412(deposit number KCTC 11623BP) has an ability of decomposing chitin. The strain produces N-acetylglucosaminidase from a culture medium by culturing the strain in the medium. A method for producing N-acetylglucosaminidase comprises a step of adding chitin to the medium. N-acetylglucosaminidase is contained in the supernatant of the culture medium in which the strain is vaccinated. The chitin is a powdery or colloidal chitin. The strain is cultured at 25-50°C and pH 6-8.

PURPOSE: A polysaccharide extracted from Capsosiphon fulvescens with anti-thrombotic effect and immunity is provided to produce a large amount of polysaccharide without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A polysaccharide having anti-thrombotic effect and immunity is isolated from Capsosiphon fulvescens. The polysaccharide is a soluble polysaccharide containing sulfate residue. The polysaccharide contains mannose and galactose as a main ingredient. A composition contains the polysaccharide as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the polysaccharide comprises: a step of neutralizing hydrolyzed extract of Capsosiphon fulvescens; a step of precipitating with alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, ethyl acetate, hexane, dichloromethane, or mixture solvent thereof and centrifuging to obtain a first precipitate; a step of treating the first precipitate with calcium chloride(CaCl_2) and centrifuging to obtain a supernatant; a step of treating the supernatant with alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, ethyl acetate, hexane, dichloromethane, or mixture solvent thereof to obtain a second precipitate; and a step of dialyzing the second precipitate and drying.
Abstract:
A novel Sphingomonas sp strain, a method for culturing the strain, and a method for preparing fuco-oligosaccharide by using the strain are provided to improve the degradation of fucoidan of brown algae into fuco-oligosaccharide. A Sphingomonas sp strain contains an enzyme which can degrade the fucoidan of brown algae into fuco-oligosaccharide. Preferably the strain belongs to the Sphingomonas paucimobilis sp. The deposition number of the strain is KCTC 11130BP.

Provided are Coniochaeta velutina strain KCTC12470BP degrading galacto fucoidan to galacto fuco oligosaccharide, and a method for preparing galacto fuco oligosaccharide using the strain. The galacto fuco oligosaccharide prepared by the present invention, has various functions such as anticoagulation, antistress, cholesterol lowering, and anticancer activity.
