    Abstract: The present invention relates to ghost salmonella and a vaccine for preventing bacterial gastrointestinal diseases containing the same, and more specifically, to a recombinant-vector for inducing ghost salmonella, salmonella transformed by the recombinant-vector, a method for producing ghost salmonella obtained by cultivating the salmonella under the specific conditions, and a vaccine for preventing bacterial gastrointestinal diseases containing an effective amount of the ghost salmonella. A transmission system of ghost salmonella, according to the present invention, does not use an antibiotic mark thereby being environmentally friendly. In the present invention, as not only natural antigens remain intact different from the conventional method for producing killed vaccine, but also an antigen of the other virus is revealed to enable secretion of an external membrane of a cell, which can consistently maintain immunogenicity, polyvalent vaccine for defending various virus at the same time can be developed. The antigen moved to the external membrane has a protective effect due to micelle capacity of the external membrane, thereby enabling long-term existence without decomposition.
