Abstract:
본 발명은 유전자의 발현 양상의 분석방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 버섯 폐배지 발효사료 급여에 따라 차등발현되는 돼지의 유전자를 선별하는 분석에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 버섯 폐배지 발효사료를 급여하여 차등발현되는 유전자를 선별할 수 있으며, 이를 이용하여 돈육 예측을 위한 마이크로어레이 또는 키트를 제조하고, 이를 돼지의 영양상태 및 육질의 예측에 사용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a gene expression pattern and, more specifically, to an analysis of selecting genes of a pig which is expressed differently according to the feeding of waste mushroom medium-fermented feed. According to the present invention, a gene, which is expressed differently by feeding the waste mushroom medium-fermented feed, is selected; a microarray or a kit for predicting pork is manufactured using the same, and the nutrition condition and the meat quality can be predicted by using the same.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to ghost salmonella and a vaccine for preventing bacterial gastrointestinal diseases containing the same, and more specifically, to a recombinant-vector for inducing ghost salmonella, salmonella transformed by the recombinant-vector, a method for producing ghost salmonella obtained by cultivating the salmonella under the specific conditions, and a vaccine for preventing bacterial gastrointestinal diseases containing an effective amount of the ghost salmonella. A transmission system of ghost salmonella, according to the present invention, does not use an antibiotic mark thereby being environmentally friendly. In the present invention, as not only natural antigens remain intact different from the conventional method for producing killed vaccine, but also an antigen of the other virus is revealed to enable secretion of an external membrane of a cell, which can consistently maintain immunogenicity, polyvalent vaccine for defending various virus at the same time can be developed. The antigen moved to the external membrane has a protective effect due to micelle capacity of the external membrane, thereby enabling long-term existence without decomposition.
