Abstract:
A ridged tapered slot antenna module for a wideband phased array antenna and the wideband phased array antenna including the ridged tapered slot antenna module are provided to couple a transceiver module with the antenna module in a plug-in method. A ridged tapered slot antenna module includes an upper ridged tapered slot plate(10) and a lower ridged tapered slot plate(20), coaxial cables, and a coaxial cable cover. The upper ridged tapered slot plate and the lower ridged tapered slot plate are made of a conductor, are formed in a plate shape, and include receiving grooves for receiving the coaxial cable, an MPO(Multi-fiber Push On) connector insertion unit, and slots for coupling the upper ridged tapered slot plate with the lower ridged tapered slot plate. The coaxial cables are mounted on the receiving grooves respectively. The coaxial cable cover covers the mounted coaxial cable and is fixed by a bolt.

A high power wideband pulse generator using a dipole antenna is provided to control a maximum size of a pulse signal or a bandwidth of a frequency without additionally manufacturing an oscillator and the dipole antenna. A high power wideband pulse generator using a dipole antenna includes a high voltage charging device(100), an oscillator(110), and a dipole antenna(120). The high voltage charging device charges a high voltage switch with a high voltage. The oscillator has the high voltage switch generating an electromagnetic wave pulse signal of a large output after being charged with the high voltage by the high voltage charging device. The dipole antenna includes a plurality of control parts connected with both ends of the oscillator. A length of the dipole antenna can be changed according to every combination of the plurality of control parts.

The specification relates to the pulse shape generator which can create various pulse shapes. The pulse shape generator, according to an embodiment of the present specification, controls the pulse voltage generator creating pulse 1 by the first control signal of the controlling unit; the pulse formulator creating pulse 2 which has previously set a rise time and the pulse width based on the generated pulse 1; and the hold-off voltage and the turn-on time according to the stress condition of the internal gas based on the trigger signals. This pulse shape generator composes of a high-voltage switch which converts pulse 2 to a high-voltage pulse, and the trigger generator which generates trigger signals to turn on the high-voltage switch according to the second signal of the controlling unit. The high-voltage generated from the high-voltage switch is then synthesized, and the induction voltage adder outputs the synthesized pulse on its bottom unit. 본 발명은 온열 치료 장치로서, 밀리미터파를 발생시키는 밀리미터파 발생부와, 밀리미터파 발생부에 전력을 공급하는 전원부와, 밀리미터파 발생부에서 발생되는 밀리미터파의 출력을 제어하는 제어부 및 밀리미터파 발생부에서 발생된 밀리미터파를 피부 표피로 조사하는 밀리미터파 조사부를 포함하여 이루어짐으로써 피부에 자국이 남거나 화상을 입을 우려가 없으며 편리하게 뜸 치료를 받는 것이 가능하다.

PURPOSE: A high-power pulse voltage generating device using an amorphous magnetic core and a manufacturing method of the amorphous magnetic core are provided to improve response characteristics by preventing breakdown due to high voltage. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical case includes an inner container(206) and an outer container(201). A magnetic core(203) is formed in a space defined by the inner container and the outer container. An output rod is formed across the central axis of the cylindrical case. The space between the inner container and the outer container is filled with insulating oil.

본 발명은 비인가자 접근을 자동으로 제지하기 위한 밀리미터파 방사 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 외부의 접근 대상자를 인지하는 센서부와, 상기 인지된 접근 대상자의 접근 인가 여부를 판별하고, 판별 결과 상기 접근 대상자가 접근 인가된 대상자가 아닌 경우에는 비인가 대상자 트리거 신호를 생성하는 것을 인가 판별부와, 상기 비인가 대상자 트리거 신호가 생성된 경우 밀리미터파 생성을 위한 구동 신호를 생성하는 구동 제어부와, 상기 생성된 구동 신호에 의해 밀리미터파를 생성하는 밀리미터파 생성부와, 상기 생성된 밀리미터파를 상기 접근 대상자에게 방사하는 안테나부를 포함하는 비인가자 접근을 자동으로 제지하기 위한 밀리미터파 방사 장치를 구성한다. 상기와 같은 비인가자 접근을 자동으로 제지하기 위한 밀리미터파 방사 장치 및 방법에 따르면, 비인가된 외부의 접근 대상자에게 3 mm 정도의 파장을 갖는 밀리미터파를 방사함으로써, 접근 대상자에게 일시적인 고통을 가하여 접근을 제지시키는 효과가 있다. 그리고 밀리미터파는 일시적인 고통과 아울러 인체에 해로운 영향을 끼치지 않는 효과가 있다. 아울러 보안 등급에 따라 밀리미터파의 출력이나 주파수 등을 조절함으로써, 자동 제지 기능을 탄력적으로 운용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: An attenuation antenna for measuring a narrow band high output pulse is provided to change an amount of attenuation of the high output pulse by controlling the length of a rectangular waveguide for measuring a high output pulse. CONSTITUTION: An attenuation antenna includes a horn antenna(110), a first waveguide(120), and a second waveguide(140). A first ridge(111) is formed in an inner surface of the horn antenna. The first ridge is formed with a taper shape. The height of the first ridge is gradually increased from an opening start point of the horn antenna. The first waveguide is connected to the horn antenna. A second ridge(121) is formed in an inner surface of the first waveguide and is connected to the second ridge. The second waveguide is connected to the first waveguide. The second waveguide has the variable length to control an amount of the attenuation. The first and second waveguides are the rectangular waveguides.
