    Abstract: PURPOSE: A recombinant Baculovirus containing p12 gene of African swine fever(ASF) virus and a method for diagnosing the antibody of African swine fever(ASF) virus are provided, thereby rapidly and safely testing a large amount of serum samples. CONSTITUTION: The recombinant Baculovirus ASFV p12/BacPAK6 (KFCC-11149) contains p12 gene of African swine fever(ASF) virus represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 and produce p12 proteins, in which the p12 gene of African swine fever(ASF) virus is a conserved gene among all kinds of African swine fever(ASF) virus, and has not virulence activity. The diagnosis of the antibody of African swine fever(ASF) virus uses the p12 proteins produced from recombinant Baculovirus ASFV p12/BacPAK6 (KFCC-11149) as an antigen.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A process for producing a polyester having high molecular weight and excellent biodegradability using a composite catalyst is provided which improves reaction velocity and promotes productivity. CONSTITUTION: A process comprises the esterification and polycondensation of carboxylic acids comprising aliphatic dicarboxylic acid containing 2 to 14 carbon atoms or its derivatives, aromatic or aliphatic carboxylic acid or its derivatives with glycols in the presence of a composite catalyst comprising a titanium compound, a zinc compound, antimony compound, and phosphorous compound. The polyester prepared by the process is excellent in biodegradability and thermal and mechanical properties.
