Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for inducing oviposition of black soldier fly and a method for growth of the same are provided, which facilitate mass production of the black soldier fly larva. CONSTITUTION: A device for inducing oviposition of black soldier fly comprises: a frame for forming a space into which a plurality of black soldier fly imagoes are put; a net house(100) installed within the greenhouse through which the natural light transmits; an oviposition induction machine offering the oviposition space of the black soldier fly imago; and a egg picking machine(120) which is installed within the net house and is equipped with oviposition attractant for inducing the black soldier fly imago.

Abstract: 본 발명은 곤충병원 미포자충병 조기진단을 위하여 특이적 PCR 프라이머 및 이를 이용한 PCR 기법으로 곤충병원성 미포자충의 감염여부를 효과적으로 진단하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 자원화 곤충에 병을 일으키는 미포자충에 특이적으로 존재하는 small subunit ribosomal RNA 유전자의 염기서열로부터 본 발명에 이용하기에 가장 적합한 프라이머를 제작하였고, 이 제작된 프라이머로 PCR을 수행하면 미포자충의 감염여부를 효과적으로 진단할 수 있음을 확인하여 본 발명을 완성하게 되었다.
본 발명은 미포자충의 small subunit ribosomal RNA의 특정 염기서열에 상응하는 프라이머를 사용하여 PCR 기법으로 곤충병원성 미포자충을 조기 진단함으로서, 미포자충병 예방과 방제에 시간과 비용을 절약하여 자원화 곤충의 안정적인 대량생산에 기여할 수 있다.
