Abstract: 본 발명은 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어지는, 줄기 정단분열조직, 잎, 꽃 및 꼬투리에서 특이적으로 발현을 유도하는 프로모터에 대한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 줄기 정단분열조직, 잎, 꽃 및 꼬투리에서 특이적으로 발현을 유도하는 프로모터 및 이를 포함하는 재조합 발현 벡터, 상기 재조합 발현 벡터로 형질전환된 식물체에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 프로모터는 줄기 정단분열조직, 잎, 꽃 및 꼬투리에서 특이적으로 발현을 유도하기 때문에, 상기 프로모터를 이용하여 목적 단백질을 특이적으로 발현시킴으로써 작물의 형질을 개량시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: A microsatellite marker which is improved from a genetic sequence of Brassica campestris ssp. is provided to use in maker assisted selection (MAS) and shorten the period of breeding crops. A primer pair of microsatellite marker which is improved from a sequence of Brassica campestris ssp. comprises two sequences among the sequence numbers 1-512. A genetic map of F3- pooled population is prepared by performing analysis of nucleic acid fingerprinting.
