CONSTITUTION: The method for composting and evaporation of highly concentrated organic wastewater using fermentation base is as follows: discharging leachate through a leachate outlet(20) on the bottom of a fermentation base(10) equipped with a frame composed of wire net, grating and nonwoven fabric to discharge leachate efficiently; sending air supplied from a blower(40) to the fermentation base to maintain aerobic condition and adequate temperature, where a discharge tube(30) connected to the blower reaches a leachate storing room(50); re-spreading the leachate over the fermentation room by leachate circulator(60).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A treatment method of high-concentration organic wastewater is provided, which can provide suitable aerobic fermentation condition for the husk bed thus maximizing fermentation heat generation to evaporate water content in organic matter rapidly. The optimum fermentation condition is produced by sufficient agitation and air supply to the husk. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an aerobic fermentation bed(10), a moving device(20), an agitating device(30), a blower(50) and a compressor(60). In the fermentation bed(10), rice husk(S) is filled and organic wastewater of high concentration is sprayed thereon. The moving device(20) having agitating device(30) that consists of an agitation shaft(33), an impeller(34) and a shaft end(43), reciprocally moving along a guide rail(21), agitates the husk. This agitation makes the husk move upward and left and right side, forming sufficient pore space in the husk and supplying sufficient air to the husk, so that the heat generated from the aerobic decomposition of the husk makes the moisture evaporate to produce organic fertilizer of good quality.

Abstract: 본 발명은 고농도 유기성폐수가 매일 일정량씩 살포되는 발효상(왕겨, 톱밥 등이 충진됨)에 호기성 조건을 제공하여 처리하는 것에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 이동수단이 발효상을 주행하면서 발효상 내부에서만 교반(재료의 상, 하 이송 및 좌우로 헤쳐줌)과 동시에 공기를 분사하므로서 주행(교반송풍) 횟수를 자주 하더라도 발효열의 손실과 악취발생이 없으며, 발효상 내부의 함수율이 높고 발효상 깊이가 깊더라도 산소 공급이 완벽하게 이루어져 빠른 유기성분의 호기분해와 높은 발효열이 지속적으로 유지되도록 함으로서 기존 발효시설에 비하여 적은 용량의 발효상에서 많은 량의 수분을 증발시키고, 잔류 고형물은 안정된 유기질비료로서 이용될 수 있는 고농도 유기성폐수의 처리방법 및 그 처리장치에 관한 것이다.
이러한 본 발명은 왕겨, 톱밥 등의 부풀림재가 충진된 호기발효상(10)에 고농도 유기성 폐수가 매일 일정량씩 살포되고, 이동수단(20)이 발효상(10)을 왕복 주행하면서 상기 이동수단에 구비된 교반수단(30)의 교반날(34)이 회전함과 동시에 축하부(43)로부터 공기분사가 이루어진다. 이때, 교반축(33)의 외주연에 나선상으로 일정의 각도 및 소정간격으로 구성된 교반날(34)에 의해 재료(S)가 상부로 이송됨과 동시에 좌, 우로 헤쳐주어 공극을 크게 하므로 교반축 하부(43)로부터 분사되는 공기가 교반날(34)을 중심으로 한 주변의 재료에 쉽게 접촉하여 탁월한 산소공급의 효과와 재료(S)의 좌, 우, 상, 하의 혼합효과로 빠른 유기성분의 분해와 높은 발효열의 생산 및 유지가 이루어져 수분증발과 유기성물질의 부숙도가 극대화된 퇴비를 생산하므로써 고농도 유기성 폐수를 무방류 처리하는 것에 그 특징이 있다.
