Abstract: PURPOSE: A combined hydraulic, axle height variable tractor trailer and animal liquid-manure spreader is provided to increase the ground clearance of a loading box by varying the axle height of the liquid manure spreader and uniformly spread manure on the ground by a liquid manure impact plate. CONSTITUTION: An axle(2) and an axle arm(3) for coupling to wheels(W) are independently installed in a loading box. The axle(2) is coupled to the lower end of the axle arm(3). One upper end of the axle(2) is fixed to a hinge formed on a frame(12). A movable end(4) of a hydraulic cylinder(CY1) is connected to the other upper end thereof. The horizontal and vertical position of the axle arm(3) is varied according to the driving of the hydraulic cylinder(CY1). A drawbar hydraulic cylinder(CY2) is coupled to the front of the loading box by a hinge pin. A variable drawbar(23) is installed on the front end of a rod(22) of the hydraulic cylinder(CY2). A drawbar(20) is connected to the variable drawbar(23).

버섯재배지에 버섯의 재배를 위한 환경을 자동으로 조절하는데 있음.
[해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제]
종래에는 버섯재배용 배지에 관수작업을 하기 위해서 전기모터 양수기를 통해 관수호스를 중간매체로 하여 물뿌리개로 공급하거나 동력분무기를 통해 분무노즐을 이용하여 작업자가 필요에 따라 직접 공급하여 주었고, 또한 가습의 경우에는 고정식 가습기와 습도 조절기 또는 타임스위치 조절방식이 많이 이용되고 있다.
광조사의 경우에는 재배사의 내부 천정 밑과 양쪽 벽면에 다수의 전등을 매달아 균상 각층에 빛을 쪼이는 방식이 일반적으로 사용되고 있다.
이러한 종래의 버섯재배 관수작업은 균일한 관수가 어렵고, 특히 작업자의 인력에 의존하므로 비효율적이여서 생산능률이 떨어지고, 가습의 경우에는 공기습도를 높여주는 방법이므로 지속적으로 배지 표면에 균일한 보습을 유지하기 어려운 단점이 있었다.
또한, 재배사내에 일정 수준의 조도를 유지하기 위해 천정과 벽면에 다수의 전등을 설치하여 사용하고 있으나 이는 많은 전력 소모와 특히 여름철에는 실내온도의 상승요인이 되는 단점이 있었다.
[해결방법의 요지]
정역모터에 의해 레일을 따라 왕복 주행하는 일련의 장치를 통해 고압의 상태로 압송된 관수를 균상에 맞도록 설치된 관수노즐과 가습노즐을 통하여 분출되도록 하고, 이와함께 원심송풍기의 작동에 의해 물방울 형태로 멀리 분산시키어 버섯배지상에 균일한 관수와 가습 및 정체기류 유동을 원활히 되도록 함과 동시에 균상 각단 모든 부위에 측면으로 광이 조사 되도록 하였다.
