본 발명은 생리활성효과가 우수한 뽕나무가지 유래 레스베라트롤을 이용한 성장촉진용 항생제 대체 사료첨가제 및 이를 포함하는 사료조성물, 그리고 그 급여방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 레스베라트롤 함유 사료첨가제는 사료에 첨가하여 급여시 육계의 도체율이 증가하고, 면역 조절 기능 및 항산화 활성을 증진시키고, 생체에 안정적으로 섭식될 수 있어, 항생제 대체시 가축에 필수적으로 요구되는 생리적 효능을 만족시킨다. 육계, 레스베라트롤, 생산성, 생체 안정성, 혈액 항산화 활성, 면역 조절
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A feed additive containing mulberry branch-derived resveratrol, a food composition containing thereof, and a feeding method thereof are provided to offer the excellent biological active effect. CONSTITUTION: A feed additive containing mulberry branch-derived resveratrol is obtained by the following steps: compressing and drying mulberry leaves and branches; grinding the compressed mulberry leaves and branches for obtaining solid portions; mixing the solid portions with an organic solvent for dissolving, and filtering to obtain an extract; removing the organic solvent from the extract, and obtaining solids; and mixing 0.7~1wt% of obtained solids, 35~45wt% of silica, 35~45wt% of wheat shorts, and 10~20wt% of soda ash. The organic solvent is ethanol.

PURPOSE: A feed additive containing onion-derived quercetin, and a feed composition containing thereof, and a feeding method thereof are provided to economically replace conventional antibiotics for animals. CONSTITUTION: A feed additive contains onion-derived quercetin is obtained by the following steps: compressing onion for obtaining onion juice and solid portions; dissolving the solid portions of the onion using an organic solvent, and filtering to obtain an onion extract; mixing the onion juice and the onion extract, and adding ethanol before stirring; removing the ethanol from the mixture, and obtaining the solids; and mixing 0.4~1wt% of obtained solids, 35~45wt% of silica, 35~45wt% of wheat shorts, and 10~20wt% of soda ash.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for determining real mozzarella cheese by near infrared ray spectrum is provided to immediately calculate the content of real mozzarella cheese. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for determining real mozzarella cheese comprises: a sample introducing unit(210) which is exposed to the outside to introduce pizza cheese; a light emitting unit and light receiving unit for collecting absorption spectrum by irradiating near infrared ray to the pizza cheese; a spectrum and detection unit which converts near infrared ray into electrical signal and outputs by one data; a data processing and collection unit which calculates the content of mozzarella cheese and artificial pizza cheese; and a s display unit(220) for visually displaying the determined result.
