    Abstract: PURPOSE: Organic electroluminescent compounds comprises are provided to have excellent luminous efficiency, to reduce driving voltage, and to improve electric efficiency of an organic light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: Organic electroluminescent compounds are in chemical formula 1. An organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and one or more organic material layers inserted between the first and the second electrodes. The organic material layer comprises one or more of the organic electroluminescent compounds and one or more hosts in chemical formula 2: M^1_L^101_L^102_L^103. The organic material layer additionally comprises one or more amine based compounds selected from an arylamine compound or a styrylarylamine based compound, or one or more metal selected from transition metals of family 1, family 2, period 4 and period 5, lanthanum metals, and organic metals of d-transition element.
