본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 스테레오 카메라 시스템은, 초점 제어 값에 따라 서로 이격되어 피사체를 촬영함으로써 제1 및 제2 영상을 출력하는 제1 및 제2 카메라 모듈과; 초점 제어 값, 초점거리, 그리고 피사체와 제1 및 제2 카메라 모듈 사이의 거리 중 적어도 하나와 주시점 보정 값의 대응 관계를 나타내는 데이터 테이블을 저장하는 메모리와; 상기 제1 및 제2 카메라 모듈에게 상기 초점 제어 값을 제공하고, 상기 데이터 테이블에 근거하여 상기 제1 및 제2 영상에 대한 주시점 보정 값을 출력하는 제어부와; 상기 주시점 보정 값에 따라 상기 제1 및 제2 영상을 보정하고, 보정된 제1 및 제2 영상을 합성하여 입체 영상을 출력하는 영상 합성부를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A display device, control method thereof, shutter glasses, and control method thereof are provided to selectively open and close a left-eye unit and a right-eye unit of shutter glasses corresponding to an image of a display unit. CONSTITUTION: An image signal receiver(110) receives a three-dimensional image signal. An image signal processor(120) processes a left-eye image and a right-eye image on a display unit based on the received three-dimensional image signal. A communication unit(150) communicates with shutter glasses. The communication unit transmits a shutter control signal to the shutter glasses. The shutter control signal synchronizes opening and closing of left-eye image and a right-eye image.

PURPOSE: A semiconductor laser diode, a printer head using the same, and an image forming apparatus employing the same are provided to radiate the light which has Gaussian light distribution by forming the convexo-concave pattern on the periphery part. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor laser diode(50) comprises an unevenness pattern(51) arranged on the periphery of the resonator. The unevenness pattern is formed on the periphery of the semiconductor laser diode. The unevenness pattern comprises a convex part(51a) arranged along the periphery of the laser diode and a concave part(51b).

A method for forming a metal layer pattern having a nano-gap and a method for manufacturing a molecule-sized device using the same are provided to form a desired size of nano-gap within a metal layer by adjusting the shape of a mask pattern and the ion beam tilt angle of an ion milling process. A metal layer is formed on a semiconductor substrate(S10). A mask pattern having an opening is formed on the metal layer(S20). A nano-gap is formed on the metal layer by performing an ion milling process on a side of the opening, wherein the ion beam is tilted so that a part of the ion beam is cut by the upper surface of the mask pattern in contact with the side of the opening(S30). A face recognition method according to an aspect of the present invention includes the following steps: an image obtaining step; an extraction step for extracting a first face image which is a facial area in the obtained image; a calculation step for calculating a feature value of the first image; a similarity calculation step for calculating the similarities between the first feature value and a second feature value of a second face image; a determination step for determining if the first and the second face images both belongs to the same user based on the results of the comparison between the similarities and the preset threshold value.

PURPOSE: A display device and a display control method are provided to prevent the generation of crosstalk effects and a garbage image which can occur in the processing of an over-scanned 3D video signal. CONSTITUTION: A signal processing unit(120) performs the separation and scaling of a left-eye image and a right-eye image from a video signal received by a signal receiving unit(110). A display unit(130) alternatively displays the left-eye image and the right-eye image. A controller(140) divides the left-eye image and the right-eye image from the video signal. The controller performs the scaling of each of the right-eye image and the left-eye image by the control of the signal processing unit.
