STROBE SIGNAL The dynamic random access memory driving memory cell array by using row address signal is provided. The memory device comprises: plural memory array blocks, composed of row and column matrix type and having multiple cells; row address strobe signal input terminals, transferring row address strobe signal to memory array block; clock signal input terminals, sending clock from externally to memory array block; output terminals, outputting data synchronous with the clocks from memory array continuously corresponding to the active period of the successively active row address strobe signal.

The method comprises the steps of forming an N-well region (2) in a predetermined area of a P-substrte (1) to form a field oxide film (15) on the substrate except on the P-well (2), implanting first ions onto the substrate at high energy, through first and second windows formed by a photolithograph process, to form a P-base region and a field isolating region under the field oxide film, implanting second ions onto the substrate at high energy, through third and fourth windows formed by a photolighograph process, to form an N+-emitter region and an N+-collector region, implanting third ions onto the substrate at high energy, through a fifth window formed by a photolighograph process, to form a P+-base contact region, and forming electrodes by using a metallic wiring process. The bipolar transistor is used in an internal voltage converter of a DRAM for obtaining the low stand-by current and small chip size.

The method is for manufacturing the stacked storage cell having large capacitance for high density D-RAM. The method comprises: (A) forming a first insulation layer on a first conduction type substrate; (B) forming a second insulation layer and etching till the first insulation layer above a first pattern is revealed; (C) forming a second pattern; (D) etching till the substrate below the second insulation layer is revealed and forming a third conduction layer adjacent to surface of the second conduction layer and inside wall of the opening hall; (E) forming dielectric layer to be the dielectric substance of stacked capacitor on the surface of the third conduction layer; and (F) forming a fourth conduction layer on the surface of the dielectric layer.

PURPOSE: A channel selecting method by using an automatic channel name completing function and a television set are provided to automatically display channels by a certain time interval through the PIP screens. CONSTITUTION: A channel selecting method by automatic channel name finishing function includes the steps of searching a channel name similar to an input channel name on the basis of partial characters of the channel name and displaying a list of selected channel names(502), and automatically selecting the channels in the displayed list by a predetermined time interval and displaying the channels to a PIP screen in sequence for helping the selection of the channel(504).

PURPOSE: A portable computer is provided to enable a user to assure a position of a pointer and control the pointer by using the auxiliary touch screen LCD panel in the case that the user can not see the screen of the LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an LCD panel(42) and an auxiliary LCD panel(48). The video images are displayed both on the LCD panel(42) and the auxiliary LCD panel(48) because the video data, generated in the portable computer(40), is concurrently input the LCD panel(42) and the auxiliary LCD panel(48). And also the same pointers(50,52) are displayed on the LCD panel(42) and the auxiliary LCD panel(48). So the user can assure the position of the pointers via the auxiliary LCD panel(48) although the user can not see the screen the LCD panel(42). A consultant can consult with a customer while the consultant sees the auxiliary LCD panel and the customer sees the LCD panel.

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal projection system is provided to correct pictures focused in deformed and/or curved states due to the aberrations of optical lenses by deforming the structure of a flat projector. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal projection system comprises a light source(410), a scrambler(430), a polarized beam splitter(440), a LCD(450) and a projection lens unit(460). The scrambler(430) mixes incident lights from the light source to generate a homogeneous beam. The splitter(440) has a focus lens(431) and a collimator lens(432) and changes optical paths in accordance with the polarized components of the incident light. The LCD(450) selectively reflects the incident lights to generate pictures. The projection lens unit(460) expands and projects the incident lights on a screen(S).
