PURPOSE: A system for transmitting data in a multi cell is provided to reduce the influence of interference due to a time delay in case a plurality of base stations receives data from a terminal and to transmit a data frame including multi cell transmission data to each base station. CONSTITUTION: A transmission data generating unit(820) generates multi cell transmission data by a data group that includes a plurality of data bits. A cyclic prefix unit(830) generates a cyclic prefix signal within the data group. A frame generating unit(840) generates an uplink frame through TDM(Time Division Multiplexing) of the cyclic prefix signal. A transmitting unit(850) transmits multi cell transmission data to base stations.

PURPOSE: A system for transmitting an ACK/NACK message is provided to reduce delay time from the time of receiving data from a terminal from the time of transmitting an ACK(Acknowledgement) message to the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A transmission unit(110) transmits data to a serving BS(Base Station)(130) and a cooperative BS(140) adjacent to the service BS, and a reception unit(120) receives from the server BS the information on the data reception success of a serving BS. A reception unit(120) receives the information on the data reception success from the serving BS. The reception unit receives from the cooperative BS the information on the data reception success of the cooperative BS. Based on the data reception success, the transmission unit retransmits the data to the serving BS and the cooperative BS.

A narrow coverage of a wireless communications system and an access point of the wireless communications system solving a problem about a dead spot, a mobile station and a control method are provided to increase channel use efficiency, cell capacity and throughput due to using MCS(Modulation and Coding Set) of a high level according to a channel situation. A first determining unit(101) of an access point(100) determines that it is necessary to have the electrical transmission of the control messages. A first transmit unit(102) transmits the control messages through a first frequency band. A second transmit unit(104) transmits data message through the second frequency band. A second transmit unit transmits data message through the second frequency band. A third determining unit(106) determines an incumbent user about the first frequency band appeared. A third transmit unit(107) transmits the information about the additional first frequency band which the sensing unit(105) is extracted by the sensing unit through the second frequency band in the mobile station(110). A receiver(108) receives the extracted and additional answer signal through the first frequency band from the mobile station.

The present invention relates to a method for setting initial location of a user terminal via interaction with a user and a user terminal thereof. The method for setting initial location of a user terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a step of measuring the magnetic field value of the position of a user terminal; a step of estimating at least one candidate initial position of the user terminal; a step of receiving the selection of the user with regard to the at least one candidate initial position; and a step of setting the initial position of the user terminal.
