Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a device for a user interface for a terminal of a vehicle are provided to help a safe drive of a user by providing a virtual road including traffic information per each road and ambient information to images showing an actual road. CONSTITUTION: A method for a user interface for a terminal of a vehicle comprises next steps. Location information is obtained and where a point is located on a road is grasped(401). Road images of a driving direction are obtained and roads being shown in the obtained road images are recognized and where the road is located is grasped(403). A virtual road with respect to the recognized road is generated and indicated in the road images of the driving direction(405). Abstract: PURPOSE: A semiconductor chip package is provided to stably bypass an electrostatic discharge using an electrostatic discharge protection pad, thereby effectively preventing damage of the semiconductor chip. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor chip(310) is mounted on one surface of a substrate(100). A plurality of electrode pads is formed on the other surface of the substrate.
