Abstract:
The present technology provides a semiconductor device which can precisely measure a temperature even in a low-voltage environment wherein a driving voltage is low. The semiconductor device according to the present technology includes a control voltage generation unit which generates a control voltage in response to a temperature range signal distinguishing a plurality of temperature ranges; and a temperature voltage output unit which outputs a temperature voltage being varied based on the temperature in a temperature range corresponding to a temperature range signal according to the temperature range signal and the control voltage.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A capacitance detecting apparatus and a capacitive sensor having the same are provided to repetitively integrate a charge amount difference, thereby accurately detecting capacitance. CONSTITUTION: Features of a capacitance detecting apparatus comprise the following. A charge amount difference between the first capacitor(1100) and the second capacitor(1200) is integrated during the first time interval. A controller(1300) preserving the integrated charge amount is included in the second time interval. The first and second capacitors respectively receive the first clock signal and the second clock signal having complementary relationship with the first clock signal.
