PURPOSE: A three dimensional cell culture device and a three dimensional cell culture method using the same are provided to form a floating spheroid in a culture medium without a separate treatment such as inoculation of cells on a cover part. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional cell culture device comprises a culture plate part, a cover part, and a protrusion part(50). The culture plate part has wells for culturing cells. The cover part covers the culture plate part. The protrusion part is extended toward the inside of the well from the surface which touches the culture plate part.

PURPOSE: A sesterterpen compound and a composition containing the same are provided to prevent and treat diabetes, fatty liver, and obesity. CONSTITUTION: A sesterterpen compound is denoted by chemical formula I. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating diabetes, diabetes complication, cardiovascular diseases or obesity contains sesterterpen compounds, stereoisomer, enantiomer, hybridizable precursor, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 본 발명은 자성 입자를 이용한 생물막의 불활성화 방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 자성 입자(magnetic particle,MP)에 교류 자기장을 인가하면 발열한다는 특성을 이용한 생물막의 불활성화 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 표면에 생물막(biofilm)이 형성되어 있는 대상체를 준비하는 단계; 상기 생물막에 자성 입자를 첨가하는 단계; 상기 자성 입자가 첨가된 생물막이 형성된 대상체 외부에서 교류 자기장을 인가하는 단계; 및 외부에서 인가된 교류 자기장에 의해 상기 자성 입자가 발열함으로써 상기 생물막을 불활성화하는 단계를 포함하는 자성 입자를 이용한 생물막의 불활성화 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 자성 입자가 첨가된 생물막을 외부에서 교류 자기장을 인가함으로써 상기 자성 입자의 발열 특성에 의해 단시간에 향상된 소독력으로 생물막을 불활성화할 수 있다. 자성 입자, 교류 자기장, 발열, 생물막

PURPOSE: A method of inactivating a biofilm is provided to inactivate the biofilm through improved sterilization power for a short time. CONSTITUTION: A method of inactivating a biofilm comprises: a step of preparing an object having a biofilm(5) on the surface thereof; a step of adding magnetic particles(4) to the biofilm; a step of sanctioning AC magnetic field from the outside of the object; and a step of inactivating the biofilm by generating heat from magnetic particles through the AC magnetic field applied from the outside.

PURPOSE: A method and a system for processing contaminated deposit soil are provided to efficiently process the contaminated deposit soil and minimizing the burying amount of spoil soil. CONSTITUTION: Contaminated soil is classified from spoil soil(S100). The contaminated soil is mixed with processing water, and chemical and additional materials are introduced into the contaminated soil(S200). Metal materials are separated from the mixture of the contaminated soil and the water. Organic materials are oxidized(S300). Spoil soil and the processing water are processed(S400).

PURPOSE: A novel compound having spiro chiral carbon skeleton is provided to suppress mastocyte differentiation and fatty acid synthesis and use in treating osteoporosis, fatty liver, and obesity. CONSTITUTION: A novel compound having spiro chiral carbon skeleton is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of cutting and drying Phorbas sp. and extracting with C1-C4; a step of dividing the extracting with water and methylene chloride to remove solvent of organic layer; a step of distributing with mixture solution of normal hexane, methanol, and water; a step of removing solvent of methanol layer; and a step of performing chromatography to obtain fraction.
