    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for generating a structural color is provided to generate a structure color-based film which changes color according to angles. CONSTITUTION: A composition(100) for generating a structural color includes a curable material(110) and magnetic nanoparticles(120) dispersed in the curable material. A structural color-based printed product includes a solid medium and magnetic nanoparticles dispersed in the solid medium. The magnetic nanoparticles form chain structures by being regularly aligned to at least one axial direction. Wavelength of light, which is diffracted from external incident light, is determined according to the alignment gap of the magnetic nanoparticles. A method for generating a structural color includes a step for generating color by immobilizing the alignment structure of the magnetic nanoparticles in a medium and diffracting light based on the alignment structure.
