Abstract: PURPOSE: A zearalenone-inducible protein expression vector containing zearalenone-inducible promoter is provided to overexpress target genes and to detect zearalenone-polluted crops. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector has a base sequence of sequence number 1 and contains zearalenone-inducible promoter. The recombinant vector additionally contains a gene sequence encoding a target protein which is operatively linked to the inducible promoter. The target protein is a reporter protein. A method for preparing the proteins comprises: a step of culturing a recombinant microorganism in a medium containing zearalenone; a step of expressing the target gene; and a step of isolating proteins.
