A linear motion stage apparatus with the capability of compensating a reaction force of the present invention includes a magnetic track, a mover linearly moving along the magnetic track, a position measuring unit measuring positions of the mover and the magnetic track, a relative position calculating unit calculating a relative position of the mover to the magnetic track, and a compensating unit calculating a relative speed of the mover to the magnetic track based on the calculated relative position and compensating a thrust command for the mover based on the calculation of the relative speed.

Abstract:
A displacement measuring device is disclosed. The displacement measuring device comprises a magnet unit in which sub magnet units are repeatedly arranged at predetermined pitches (p) to generate sine-wave magnetic flux density; a sensor unit having sensor arrangement for measuring the sine-wave magnetic flux density; and a measurement unit for measuring the displacement of the magnet unit and the sensor unit displaced corresponding to each other based on the measured values. The sensor arrangement is formed of two or more sensors separated from each other at p/k (k is 2^n, wherein the n is integers greater than or equal to 1) in the arranged direction of the sub magnet units. The present invention can stabilize the measured values by removing harmonic waves of the magnetic flux density. Also, the present invention enables efficient space utilization by minimizing a number of the sensors used for displacement measurement.

The present invention relates to a linear motor stage having a repulsive force compensating device, which has a simple and economic structure, and which can efficiently reduce a repulsive force transmitted to a magnet track. The linear motor stage having a repulsive force compensating device according to the present invention comprises: a shifter including an electromagnet; a magnet track which has N-polar and S-polar that are alternatively arranged, forms an electromagnetic force with the shifter to move the shifter straight, and is moved straight in an opposite direct to the moving direction of the shifter by the repulsive force generated when the shifter is moved; and a repulsive force compensating device to reduce the repulsive force transmitted to the magnet track, wherein the repulsive force compensating device includes a pair of conductive sheets which are made of conductive materials, and are arranged to be spaced apart from each other along the moving direction of the magnet track.

식물공장 시스템이 개시된다. 개시된 식물공장 시스템은 수상 구조물 위에 설치되는 식물공장; 및 상기 식물공장과 인접하여 위치하고 상기 식물공장의 운영에 필요한 전력을 생산하여 상기 식물공장으로 공급하는 신재생에너지 발전부;를 포함하되, 상기 신재생에너지 발전부는 수력을 이용하여 전력을 생산하는 수력 발전장치, 조력을 이용하여 전력을 생산하는 조력 발전장치 및 파력을 이용하여 전력을 생성하는 파력 발전장치 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 에너지를 효율적으로 활용함과 동시에 사용자들에게 식물 재배를 통한 수확의 재미를 전달할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 사용자들간 경쟁을 유도하여 식물공장 시스템의 수요를 촉진시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Disclosed is a plant factory system. The disclosed plant factory system comprises: a plant factory installed on a floating structure on water; and a new renewable energy generating unit placed adjacent to the plant factory and producing the power required for the operation of the plant factory to supply the power to the plant factory. The new renewable energy generating unit comprises at least one among a water power generator producing electric power by using water power; a tidal power generator producing electric power by using tidal power; and a wave power generator producing electric power by using wave power. According to the present invention, the plant factory system has the advantage of providing users with the fun of harvest through plant cultivation while using energy effectively. In addition, according to the present invention, the plant factory system has the advantage of inducing competition among users to promote demand for the plant factory system.
