Abstract: The present invention relates to a linear motor system which is simple and economical and efficiently damps a magnet track. The linear motor system according to the present invention comprises: a mover including an electromagnet; a magnet track in which N pole and S pole are alternately arranged, and which moves the mover in a straight line by forming electromagnetic force in a gap to the mover and is moved by repulsive force generated by movement of the mover in a direction opposite to the mover's moving direction; and a spring with one end fixed at the magnet track and the other end supported by a supporting end, for applying restoring force to the magnet track, wherein the spring is arranged to cross the direction of movement of the magnet track so that movement amount of the magnet track and transformation amount of the spring has a nonlinear relation when the magnet track moves in a straight line.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cam-spring type quasi-zero-stiffness vibration damper in an even-order polynomial shape is provided to significantly lower the manufacturing cost of a vibration damper by easily and economically manufacturing the vibration damper with a random stiffness value. CONSTITUTION: A cam-spring type quasi-zero-stiffness vibration damper(100) in an even-order polynomial shape comprises a cam(10), a roller(20), a first spring(30), and a second spring(40). The cam is combined with an object. The cam is slidably arranged in the vibration direction of the object. The roller is slidably arranged in the perpendicular direction of the object vibration direction. One end of the first spring is supported by the roller and the other end is supported in a fixed end. The first spring elastically biases the roller towards the cam. One end of the second spring is supported by the cam and the other end is supported in the fixed end. The second spring supports the cam.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a linear motor stage having a repulsive force compensating device, which has a simple and economic structure, and which can efficiently reduce a repulsive force transmitted to a magnet track. Abstract: The present invention relates to a linear stage for compensating for repulsive force, which has an improved structure in order to compensate for repulsive force on all types of linear stages without limit to types of linear driving devices. The linear stage for compensating for repulsive force comprises: a movable plate; a base which is placed to face the movable plate; a first bearing which is placed between the movable plate and the base, and supports the movable plate so that the movable plate can move to the base; a linear driving device which is installed between the base and the movable plate, and moves the movable plate to the base by generating thrust; an entire base which is placed to face the base and whose position is fixated; and a second bearing which supports the base so that the base can move against the entire base. Therefore, the base can move in the opposite direction of the movable plate by repulsive force which is generated when the movable plate is moved by the thrust of the linear driving device.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a coil eddy current damper which is simple, economical and capable of damping a magnet track efficiently, and which can store induced current generated while damping vibrations, as energy. The coil eddy current damper is provided to damp vibrations of a linear motor including: a mover having an electromagnet; and a magnet track in which N pole and S pole are alternately arranged, and which moves the mover in a straight line by forming electromagnetic force in a gap with the mover and is moved by repulsive force generated from movement of the mover in a direction opposite to the mover's moving direction.
