The present invention relates to an efficient manufacturing method of flagellin proteins (FlaB) derived from Vibrio and, more specifically, to a producing strain which can be used, when the Flab represented by the sequence 1 of amino acid is produced, in a recombinant flagellin protein, to the production of the recombinant FlaB derived from the Vibrio using the same, and a purifying process using the same.

PURPOSE: A composition for inducing maturation of dendritic cells is provided to use as a therapeutic agent for tumor. CONSTITUTION: A composition for inducing maturation of dendritic cells contains bacteria flagellin, TNF-alpha, and interferone as active ingredients. A method for inducing maturation of immature dendritic cells comprises: a step of differentiating monocytes isolated from blood to immature dendritic cells; and a step of treating with bacteria flagellin, TNF-alpha and interferone to the immature dendtritic cells.

PURPOSE: A medium for producing capsular polysaccharide is provided to optimize medium ingredient and culture condition and to enhance productivity of the polysaccharide. CONSTITUTION: A medium which produces capsular polysaccharide from streptococcus sp. contains 30g/l of carbon source selected from glucose, fructose, galactose and lactose, 5-30 g/l of yeast extract, and 2-10g/l of sodium chloride. A method for purifying capsular polysaccharide comprises: a step of adding sodium deoxycholate to culture medium of Streptococcus sp. to perform cell lysis; a step of adding chloroform-butanol solution to the cell lysate to obtain supernatant; and a step of adding ethanol to the supernatant to precipitate capsular polysaccharide.

본 발명은 패혈증 비브리오균( Vibrio vulnificus )의 생체내 독력발현 조절인자인 hlyU 유전자에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 독력발현 조절인자인 hlyU 유전자를 선택적으로 결실시킨 돌연변이 균주를 제조하고, 이 돌연변이 균주를 사용하여 항 비브리오 패혈증 백신 및 치료약제를 개발하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: An hlyU gene as a regulator of the expression of in vivo virulence factor in Vibrio vulnificus is provided. The gene is useful for prevention and treatment of a disease caused by Vibrio vulnificus. CONSTITUTION: The hlyU gene as a regulator of the expression of in vivo virulence factor in Vibrio vulnificus has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, wherein the gene hlyU encodes a protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2. A vaccine for Vibrio vulnificus comprises a mutant microorganism wherein the gene hlyU is selectively deleted from the chromosome of a microorganism.
