    Abstract: PURPOSE: A marker for detecting the period for seed stalk developing cabbages is provided to easily control and select an anthesis period of cabbages and clops by easily analyizing the period for seed stalk development. CONSTITUTION: A CCA1FxCCA1-R primer set is one or more selected from a primer set consisting of a sequence number 15 and 16 nucleic acid sequence and a primer set consisting of a sequence number 15 and 18. The primer set consisting of a sequence number 15 and 16 has a longer seed stalk development size. A detecting the period for seed stalk developing cabbages comprises a step of extracting genomic DNA from cabbages and crops; a step of conducting PCR by using the primer set and using the separated genomic DNA as a mold; and a step of separating the PCR product by size.

CONSTITUTION: A BrMORN protein of a brassica rapa has an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 1. A BrMORN gene of the brassica rapa coding the BrMORN protein has a nucleic acid sequence of the sequence number 2. A recombinant vector comprises the BrMORN gene coding the BrMORN protein. The recombinant vector including the BrMORN gene transforms a plant including oil crops and vegetables.
