본발명은초장이짧은야생무로부터초장이긴 개량무품종을특이적으로구분하기위한프라이머세트및 이의용도에관한것으로, 본발명에서는최종선발된프라이머세트를이용하여초장이짧은야생무로부터초장이긴 개량무품종을특이적으로판별할수 있는것을확인하였다. 따라서, 본발명을통해초장이짧은야생무로부터초장이긴 개량무품종에대해특이적판별이쉽고초기에빠르게수행될수 있으므로, 우성의개량무품종육성시 효율적으로품종이나계통들의평가가가능함으로써우성의개량무품종육성에유용하게이용될수 있다.

The present invention relates to a PCR composition for distinguishing the flowering time of of crops from genus Brassica through SNP gene nucleic acid sequence analysis of the crops from genus Brassica, and a kit including the same. SNP related to the flowering time of the crops from genus Brassica is easily and economically detected using the present invention, and is easily applied to control the flowering time of the crops from genus Brassica and select the cultivation time. The flowering characteristics are grasped in the seedling period while growing the crops from genus Brassica for remarkably reducing the growing time and activate the seed industry.

Pekinensis comprises a genetic multiple-allele male sterile gene Ms and SSR marker to the same. The gene Ms is located in chromosome R07. The SSR marker is cnu_m273, cnu_m030, cnu_m295, or syau_m13. A primer pair to cnu_m273 has sequence numbers 3 and 4. A primer pair to cnu_m030 has sequence numbers 5 and 6. A primer pair to cnu_m295 has sequence numbers 7 and 8. A method for identifying gene Ms comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from brassica campestris ssp. Pekinensis; a step of amplifying the genome DNA; and a step of detecting amplified product.

The composition contains 10-25 weight% of strain selected among Arthrobotrys musiformis, Arthrobotrys brochopaga, and Penicillium waksmanii, 10-25 weight% of gingko leaf extract, 15-30 weight% of gingko fruit extract, 10-25 weight% of red pepper extract, 20-45 weight% of garlic extract, and 10-25 weight% of coffee extract.
