Abstract: PURPOSE: BrMiR 156f, a novel miRNA, which is isolated from Brassica rapa and is one of 109 Brassica rapa mRNAs belonging to total 47 family is provided to understand post-transcription regulation which is a function of Brassica rapa genome, such as plant differentiation and metabolism. CONSTITUTION: BrMiR 156f, a novel miRNA isolated from Brassica rapa has a base sequence of sequence number 3 or a complementary sequence thereof.
