    Abstract: PURPOSE: A miRNA molecule isolated from Brassica rapa and a vector containing the same are provided to understand the post-transcriptional regulation of a plant. CONSTITUTION: A miRNA molecule isolated from Brassica rapa contains a base sequence selected among sequence numbers 1-73 or a base sequence which is complementary to the base sequence. The miRNA molecule has 17-22 nucleotides. A vector contains the miRNA molecule. The vector is a DNA vector, a viral vector, or a plasmid.
