본 발명의 센서 시스템은, 감지 대상에 대한 검사를 수행하는 센서부;를 포함하는 센서 시스템에 있어서, 상기 센서부는 복수의 단위 센서를 포함하는 센서를 포함하며, 상기 단위 센서는, 기판, 상기 기판 상에 배치되는 제1 전극. 상기 기판 상에 상기 제1 전극과 이격되게 배치되게 배치되는 제2 전극, 및 상기 제1 전극 및 상기 제2 전극과 전기적으로 연결되며 감지 대상에 따라서 전기적 특성이 변화하는 적어도 하나의 나노구조물을 포함하고, 상기 센서는 상기 복수의 단위 센서가 어레이를 이루며 배치된다.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an optical disk for manufacturing graphene using an optical recording device and a manufacturing method thereof. The optical disk for manufacturing graphene according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a thermoplastic plastic polymer substrate having a reflective layer which reflects incident light inside; and a thin graphite oxide layer spread on the thermoplastic plastic polymer substrate. Therefore, high quality graphene can be economically mass produced with low costs.

An electrowetting display device according to the present invention comprises a lower substrate, an upper substrate, and a fluid disposed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate. The lower substrate includes a base part, a lower electrode formed on the base part, an insulating layer covering the base part and the lower electrode, and a partition part defining a plurality of pixels by being disposed on the insulating layer. The upper substrate includes a panel part and an upper electrode formed on the lower part of the panel part. The partition part includes a plurality of partitions with a predetermined length, width, and height. An opening part in which the fluid can move is formed between the partitions.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a composite material having excellent combustion properties, and specifically, to a manufacturing method of a composite material by dispersing nanoclay and an agent for applying expansion properties to a matrix material of ethylene vinyl acetate; and to the composite material thereof. The polymer composite material produced by the present invention has properties of producing an air insulation layer when the material is exposed to a high temperature according to expansion properties of the agent for applying expansion properties.

The present invention relates to a nanoparticle in a shape of nanosnowman with a head unit and a body unit, a preparation method of the same, and a detection method using the same, more specifically the nanoparticle in the shape of nanosnowman which is capable of providing a platform for a DNA-basic assembly of a nanostructure in various alignment or irregular alignment, and applying to the detection of analyte related to the occurrence of DNA specific diseases.

PURPOSE: An algae controlling method using a light emitting diode is provided to control algae by activating the photosynthesis of the algae forming a red tide, or enabling the algae to exceed the malfunction of a photosynthesis system. CONSTITUTION: Algae is irradiated with light for 24 hours. The algae are dark-treated for 24 hours. The previous two steps are repeated for at least two times. Blue light in 12,000-64,000 lx is used. The blue light have a single wavelength of 400-500 nm.
