    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyacrylonitrile copolymer for molding carbon fibers is provided to increase the speed of a polymerization of a polyacrylonitrile with a high yield and to reduce a by-product and a deteriorated product by using a microwave for heating. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyacrylonitrile copolymer for molding carbon fibers comprises: a step manufacturing a composition including a monomer, a 0.01-1 wt% initiator, and a solvent; and a step radiating a microwave to the composition. The monomer is acrylonitrile monomer and one or more monomer selected from a group consisting of a methyl acrylate, a methacrylic acid and an itaconic acid. The initiator is 2,2'-azobis isobutyronitrile or a MEKP[methyl ethyl ketone peroxide]. The solvent is selected from the group of a dimethyl sulfoxide, a dimethylformamide, and formic acid.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing platinum-based nanofibers is provided to manufacture a uniform and successive nanostructure using an electrospinning method and to control nanograin and crystal structure of the metal nanofiber by changing heat treatment condition. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing platinum-based nanofibers comprises the following steps: preparing a metal precursor solution by mixing a platinum-containing metal precursor, a polymer which is compatible to the metal precursor, and a solvent; manufacturing metal a complex nanofiber in which the metal precursor and polymer are mixed by electrically spinning the metal precursor solution; and removing the polymer from the complex nanofiber by heat-treating the complex nanofiber.
